A year ago, this company provided great service, and the staff was courteous and professional. Now, their attitude only shows that they have no respect for costumers. All premiums increased in Texas, but their prices are ridiculously high. If you call 3 times, you receive 3 different versions. Frustrating and disappointing.

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The lady had a nasty attitude. Like she was dumped or found out she was cheated on. She took all of her anger out on me when I called to ask about my payment.
Because she was so rude, I canceled my service. She yelled at me, talked over me, and snickered while I was talking. She needs to be fired.

Run away from this agent CHRISTY JORDAN! She will quote you on the phone with a price you agree to, and then send you a different high price on your agreement document. Folks make sure you (READ) before you sign any document from anyone.

She became rude and disrespectful when being questioned.

NOT GOOD FOR ANY COMPANY

I was with this insurance company for about 3 years more or less. When I signed up no problem but when I try to switch to other insurance company, they don't want to close my account even though I already have signed up with other insurance companies. I never want to go back to this agent ever again.

Not happy with rate hike, too much but then the CEOs and CFOS need their million dollar bonuses on our backs.
Hate drivewuse.not enough payback for so much intrusion.

I am not very satisfied with the Allstate claim process. It has been a horrible experience. Allstate is not a very good place for the homeowner. I have been telling everyone that I can about my experience. If you want to, you can contact me for more information.

After years of being with usaa, we went to ALLSTATE. The other wanted close to a full coverage payment for simple, basic insurance. I have full coverage on 2 vehicles and my house for just a few more dollars than my old insurance company. This office has been very attentive to all our needs and available at anytime to help or just answer a question. Not pushy BUT always checks on us. That's what I like, to feel like family.

I was faced with insuring three houses and two vehicles with two difference insurance companies. Jay Haidari with Allstate was able to combine all of my coverages into one insurance company while saving me money. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with his company and his employees in the future.

I am so glad to have Deja Fields as my Insurance Agent. She is prompt to answer my questions and gives sound knowledge of my coverages. She even saved me on a mortgage increase! I was skeptical about using a big box brand insurance company, However, Deja proved me wrong. She is a good one and will take care of you!

Very disappointed… I called and received a quote last week, had a great conversation with one of the agents and felt comfortable doing business. He stated the only way to “lock in” the quote would be to put my banking info into the system but ASSURED me TWICE that there would be no charges deducted from my account until I signed paperwork. I’m glad I never signed the paperwork because I later found out they submitted my policy with NO signatures and the first payment was deducted from my account. I got a great quote so will still be going through Allstate but will not work with this Agency!

We bundled home and auto about 16 months ago. They inspected roof and told us to cut tree limbs back away from roof. We did pictures sent in to show trees cut back. I specifically asked if we were covered. I was told we were covered. In april week of30th storm hit. I got video of it bouncing off roof. Tornado went over house shingles went flying since that time we have had 3 of their inspectors look at roof video and over 200 pictures taken. All 3 inspectors came off roof telling us hail, wind, and rain caused damage to roof. Claim went to Dallas and was denined because house almost 20 years old. I told them not close claim. We had sheet rock damage i called and filed complaint with BBB and Texas department of insurance. I called local office where Rick said he would send request for supervisor to call me. That super visor was to call me she never did because the claim was denied. There are approximently 17 homes damaged by storm. Rick I thank you for your efforts but they fell on deaf ears. Dallas office I was talked down to lied to, someone in Dallas took all 3 estimates and lowered bid across the board. I dont think MR. W is ligitiment. Now they said they will cover exterior roof and fix sheet rock, Attic, and insulation. CHARLES called to tell me they have decided to cover all damages including black mold. He also requested survey of 8 or above. First im not giving survey if its not earned. Second Charles wanted to put funds on my debit bank card. That didnt happen so I told him to mail it fed ex or priority mail. Im still waiting on first check so roofers can get started. The TDI were very conserned about AllStates practice. As I said Im leaving all post up keeping TDI informed. And as for Charles and Dallas office until that " the first check in mail. " I hope rick and Jay tried to help but their concerns fell on deaf ears. I just cant wait to see if check is really in mail and what the next excuse will be. I feel emotionally disconnected. Your word is your bond and trust has to be earned Allstate has done nothing to earn my trust. To quote a movie Show me the money. Fix my house as you took my money in good faith. Then I can give you the survey you want. Right anything above 8 makes you look good even if you violated our trust.

Ms. Deja Fields at this office has been our agent for the last 3 years. We will never go anywhere else for our insurance needs. Deja and everyone at this office are quick to answer the phones, there's no waiting. Everyone is very knowledgeable, Whatever I'm meeting to get done or whatever question I have my have it gets taken care of pretty quickly. Playing. Very happy with this office! 10/10 recommend

I cancelled a driver and 2 vehicles off my policy. I received a phone confirmation from Rich this would be processed. I called to try and remind Rich of the email and the phone call confirming the cancellation. Along with a total cancellation on the 23rd. Rich again confirmed the cancellation yet I am sent to collections on the extra driver and extra 2 vehicles that were cancelled.

Run far away. Very shady. I was quoted a great price for home owners insurance. I moved forward with the company, but then a quote for double the amount was sent to my lender without my consent. I immediately asked why and no explanation could be provided. I decided to give my lender a different quote. Then this team decided to continue to harass my lender and schedule an inspection on a home I did not yet own. When I told them about it, I was immediately yelled at an stories were made up about our contacts. Do not use this team.
