JCPenney, Sugar Land TX

Had too wait 20 min for someone to help me in the jewelry department then they came i didn't even want too spend money. The lady acted like I was bothering her. Trouble customer service.

It took Curbside 30 minutes to bring my order to me. I called in to see what the delay was and the man with an accent was VERY RUDE. He was avoiding having to bringing out my order. He told me to use the app or come in. He didn't seem to understand that I already checked in. Someone else had to bring it out. She brought it out without putting it in a bag. Poor customer service! I rate JCPenney a 1.

Great service from the workers at the pickup station for curbside or online orders. Extremely helpful

Parking is usually not an issue. That is a big plus when going to a mall. And this particular store is an anchor store to the mall. I usually go to the Jcpenney.com service desk And it's always busy but They're courteous and fast

It was great. There was so many items reduced. I love when I can save so much money. Also, the cashier was great! Very friendly and polite.

Went shopping on Sunday to start my Xmas shopping and see what's new. Found a few items and sales lady was very helpful.

They usually have a better selection than other JCPs. I don't like that you have to walk almost across the store to find a fitting room.

JCPenney say that they have 80% off but they hike the price is up three times and then put prices on there that's still high not good they have a 80% off but they hike the prices up before they put the 80% off on the clothes

It's a JCPenney like every other one. Good size and good selection. I like that I can buy on line and return to the store if need be. Pleanty of parking and easy access to from hey 59. Access from outside or the indoor mall First Colony. I need long reviews for credit do if you got this far in my looking review please hit like and laugh.

Only one register open once again for house goods and appliances. You can only get catalog offers from these registers so the one line and one register slowed things down tremendously.

While purchasing a 10,000btu window unit, I received wonderful assistance from the associate in the home appliance department.

Everything was on point except for the face that most dressing rooms were closed and the lines were super long.

I went in 5 o'clock on Sunday night of tax free weekend looking for uniform clothes for my son. I was able to find 2 pairs of shorts and 3 pairs of pants. I was surprised they had so much stock left. I give them 4 stars because with only 4 cashiers I stood in line longer than it took me to find the pants and shorts.

Good selection of men's clothing from casual to dress. Employees are always very courteous and helpful. Very clean store.

This is a good place to visit if you're looking to buy quick and get out. It is easy to find what you're looking for here. The staff is very helpful if you ever need someone to direct you into a certain area or if you're looking for a certain product they're much help. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go quick shopping for items of clothing, etc.

Haven't been here in forever. Still have great prices & a great selection of clothes & other items. They've really stepped up their game with the quality of clothing.
