Great selection of merchandise. Went to buy women's and men's shoes and the prices were really good.

Just a typical shop day for me and my lil 4 months old baby girl I pick up a few things for the family as i appleseed to check out with cashier my baby girl started crying so I started to take care of her while the clerk was ringing me up as i reach for her bottle to settled her into her stroller the cashier told me to take my debit card out of the card reading machine as i finish checking out I was walking away when i heard her tell a Co work that a ugly baby i was shocked and I couldn’t believe I mediately went to my car to get my baby settled down put up my bags and came back in to report her i asked to speak to a manager I spoke to Lajuana i explain to her my situation and my concern and being that I’m a faithful customer and I always shop there me and my husband wedding rings came from there and i never had a bad experience until now but luckily she was understanding she apologized to me multiple times and she handled the situation very well I won’t let one bad apple stop me from shopping there but i let her know who was the cashier and she was very consistent and concern thank you Lajuana we need more people like her in this world Store 2881 Assoc 0191

Nice layout. Less is more design is clean and focussed. Horrible shoe selection and hidden men's big and tall area. Great selection of men's Haggar slacks, though.

Photo place is a joke! They over book and have people go over their time slots and doesn't even inform families that had time slots booked already! Bad business!

I never go to the mall or anything but they had a great deal on there jewelry so I went and got my little sister a bracelet worth 145 for bout $30 literally saved 80% I'm so happy for the sale

Memorial City Mall is the best mall. JC Penney never disappoints! My daughter got her homecoming outfit from here. Beautiful!

It6not bad. There were a lot of nice items to choose from, but the employees seemed to be running behind. The store opened from 10. They were still cleaning etc at 10: 30. Still though, good value for money

I'm thrilled that JC Penney survived the pandemic. The store had great buys in the children's section. As I started my holiday shopping earlier this year, I took advantage of the buy one, get one item 50% off to buy for the children in my life.

Im very disappointed, I placed an order through JCP. COM almost three weeks ago and haven't received it yet. They charged my card, will not take it off, and now I will be paying for something I don't have. When I call them to check on the order (Which is every other day) they tell me that UPS returned the order to them and yes, they did get it. No one knows why or what to do next. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I just got my hair cut by Sue. The style is exactly what I asked for and it's beautiful. She even made sure I could wear it in a pony tail. Thank you so much. Enjoying the new look.

FOR some reason all high Class Store looks like they don't care about WOMAN 18 TO 20 SIZE I WENT TO 4 STORE IN Galleria last week looking for Evening gown or dress found nothing, Then I went to Memorial City Mall looked in about the same numbers of Store until I went into J. C. Penny, had a few SELECT Dresses Where I found one 18. What the problem Women or Plus size Lady don't want to look nice it to much trouble for your cause you don't sell that many as peite to 14 size. And one Store had a great deal of Dress of all Color and size but their policy NO RETURN. I DON'T LIKE ONLINE CAUSE IF IT DON'T FIT OR IT DON'T LOOK THE SAME YOU GOT SEND BACK AND WAIT.
