JCPenney, Texarkana TX

Shopped on a Saturday afternoon, two registers open and running makes for very long lines. Found a few deals, but very low inventory.

Maybe I haven't been to a JCPenney's in a long time but I don't remember a t-shirt being $60 it was well out of my price range but the employees were nice which is why it's getting three stars

I was disappointed that they took Sephora out. They only have size 7 rings in the jewelry case, so if you need a smaller or bigger size, you have to order it. ️

My wife loves the sales and doesn't mind having to travel 25 miles from our home to shop.

Bought some pretty blouses in their clearance section, which were at a huge discount. They also had coats for 60% off.

This place was unattended to the point of feeling creepily deserted. There was hardly any staff and the ladies at customer service informed me I would have to go to checkout to return my item. There was only one checkout for the whole store. The staff that was there was not particularly helpful or friendly.

Went with wife to get some jeans. Found what she was looking for, checked out. Store was clean, cashier was helpful.

We found what we were looking for and everything was in order. I usually enjoy shopping here, because they have just about whatever you need.

Had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Dressing rooms were dirty and unkempt and sooooo hot! Was sweating like crazy when I finished trying on items. Tried to find someone to ask about an item in their flyer. After a while, finally found an employee to ask.didn't have a clue what I was talking about, and evident she didn't care. Then, had to walk halfway around the store to find an open register to make my purchase. Back to online shopping for me!

Pleased with j c pennys sales. Bought a necklace for 10 dollars and it was much higher than that last week

JCPENNEY is not the store it used to be. Probably never go back. Dillard's is a nice place to shop. A little high. But the clothes I buy fit good. And are so comfortable. I will for sure go back to shop.

Went to get a few school clothes for my son that i seen online stocked in store, i couldn't find any of the items the only answer i could get out of the employee i found was over yonder in kids wear I'm like what isle is over yonder and i know kids isle, my thing is what happen to customer service bc stores sure don't know what it is these days employees don't show you where the items are or try to help, the only employee i found helpful was the lady in jewelry she was helpful and very kind I'd give her at star, when I find over yonder area I'll update your post

We are Senior Citizens, and was buying a package of men's underwear for my husband. They were on a sale to buy 2 pairs and get 50% off. We did NOT need 8 pairs of underwear. I got to pay out and SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SALE PRICE OF 50% THE SINGLE PACKAGE. SO WE DID NOT PURCHASE AT ALL AND WALKED OUT OF YOUR STORE. YOU SHOULD BECOME "SENIOR CITIZEN " FRIENDLY. OTHER STORES ARE!

Decent, I guess. No workers care to make eye contact, lol. I guess I get that, lol. Sales are alright. Just wasn't like what it was before, by far. Very disappointing. I used to say Texarkana had the best store. I can't anymore. Sorry for this review in advance, kind of. Store definitely needs some straightening up and a little cleaning. I get being short handed on staff, but it's tiring to hear/read that on so-so or bad reviews all the time. Make workers earn their money. Phones locked away, if you aren't working the register, organize & clean. Represent your company, be proud to have a job.

Other than indirect harassment of Texarkana Police this store & staff are great! One of the best Penny's I've shopped but unethical Incompetent law enforcement cheapen any environment.
