Great place. Soo quiet. Bougie atmosphere at reasonable prices. Nice bathrooms and staff, other shops inside the building, but it doesn't detract from the vibe. They also have a portrait area.

Best JC Penneys Ever. Friendly staff. Little waiting to check out. And I know no one who works here. Renewed my interest to shop Penneys again. Previous experiences elsewhere-HORRID!

While I shop at penny’s all over Texas especially Frisco because I’m new to Allen. This one seems to be kept up nicely but I think employees seem to be really rude. Almost anytime I have been in to shop they just seems to have a very uncaring attitude and just sort of stare at you when you ask a question. Let’s show some kindness person. You don’t like your job. Please leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a online same day pickup at 2: 30pm. On the site it promises to have it ready same day if ordered before 3pm. I needed the ordered same day because I was leaving for a trip the next morning at 7am. I went in to the store and found the item that should have been ready for me to pickup. Instead of working with me and filling the order they told me I would have to wait until next day when their designated person was available to pick it up. This is terrible customer service, especially when advertising same day pickup. I will not be shopping here or online anymore

Great customer service young lady asked me for my phone number then she asked me for my ID handed me my package exceptional customer service I was in and out within 4 minutes great job

Store was very busy but of course it's that time of year. Found alot of good deals. Had to wait longer I liked but it went smoothly.

An issue happened when we came in to buy an air fryer. When we returned to the store to get it rectified, this young fellow named Zain helped us with a smile and a cheerful attitude. I say give him a raise! That's the type of attitude that any customer would want to receive!
