There is NEVER anyone in the departments working. You have to search to find an open checkout kiosk. Whomever, the buyer is for the women's department, must be in their 80s!
Ehhhh, I'll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere

JC PENNY is one of few stores in Waco TX that still carry petit clothing. So, I will continue to shop there.
