JCPenney, San Antonio TX

Remodeling store. It seems as if they are going out of business. Inventory level was extremely low. Not many options in clothing sizes.

I know that this mall is slower than it’s ever been as they keep their inventory to a minimum. I was lucky and fortunate enough to find my size suit at the last minute.

At this time they did not have what I wanted but they have the best comforter sets very thick and beautiful

It took forever to find assistance and the first person I spoke to sent me to the wrong floor even though the thing I was looking for was about 200 yards away from where we were standing.

I'm surprised JCPenney's still open at this mall location. It nice to go walk around and check things out with fewer crowds.

The place was clean, I'm just walking thru to head upstairs for the RC CAR track. I get my cologne from here.

What can I say JC PENNY'S good service and selections in all departments. They have great sales on a regular basis.

Eddie in jewelry told me he’s the supervisor of this store. He turned away a couple for jewelry repair and blamed it on the computer. He tried to do the same to me with a return. I insisted that he had to honor my purchase. And all the sudden the system worked

It's very sad honestly, it's a Friday today, and very few people are in the store, very few selections to look at, alot of clearance, I used to work for J. C. Penney, in college, it was a different place, full of clothes and shoes, the best choices, the value, and brand's, now it's almost entirely empty, Covid has really picked off our choices for shopping in a brick and mortar store, because not everyone wants to shop on line, I really enjoy going shopping, looking at the choices, selections and products, but now in San Antonio, Dillards will be the last old, shopping friend.

Why is there only one area of men's fitting rooms? When we were there the women's fitting rooms were closed so everyone was using the two available rooms. We were told that the only other fitting rooms were upstairs, and only for women and children.

SALES! SALES! SALES! If your looking for kitchenware, house items and clothes, this JCPenney has great sales

Great customer service in the jewelry department, everyone is very friendly informative and willing to do a little more to help.

Please do not order from JCPenney. They lied and cheated us out of $29.99 earrings plus delivery. I picked out a pair of diamond earrings and my sister ordered them for my Christmas gift. She also included a dog toy for my pup. I received the pet toy but no earrings. JCPenney said it was delivered with the pup toy, but it was not and JCP refused to resend or return her money.

First visit in 10 years. Mall gone to pot. Store has seen better days and years. Employees handling several departments. Looking for grandson's work shoes. Found them but pricey compared to Academy. Sale signs all around including the shoes but they were not on sale for Christmas.
