JCPenney, Hurst TX

Bought some neat clothes, however I wish there was a few more signs for directions haha. Easy to get lost in the maze they have set up.

Liz in the photo department was great went above and beyond to help us have a great experience after being denied by Napoleon Dynamite sister.

Love coming to the Hearst store so bright, and well staged. Hope the rest of the JCPenney stores follow suit.

This site has their new concierge concept stores. It was very well organized and the layout was nice. The employees I was in contact with were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Their fitting room scanner wasn't working and I was wanting to buy multiple different colors of an item once I knew they fit. They were super busy so I decided to go look myself. When I went out to find the items the colors/ sizes listed online as in stock in my store, they were not on the shelves.

Love visiting this store since their remodel a little over a year ago. Always enter into the mall through Pennys so we can check out their unbeatable clearance sections. Always offering great deals on fine jewelry. Always clean and organized even during peak times and seasons. No complaints!

Great customer service. They were extremely accommodating in doing a return without us having to go inside the store due to our concerns with covid. We are speechless how wonderful the employees were!

I am so happy they have a big and tall section. My son is over 6'5" and slim. Hard to find him Jean's or any type of pants for that matter. Not only did they have his size they were on sale. Thanks Penny's!

Check out is horrible. Put my stuff done a d left after spending 25 minutes waiting to checkout with 2 people being served and 2 more in front of me. Bye bye Penneys

JCP is one of my favorite clothing stores! They have a great selection and almost always have a sale going on. And if you can catch an extra % off coupon, even better!

The store was about to close when we arrived. Staff was professional and friendly & store seemed clean. We were pleased & will return.

I was just in this store and I had $300 worth those kids clothing to purchase but they weren't ringing up at the prices on their sale tags on the racks. The associate called her manager over in her manager would not give me the sale prices on the tags. She said these are weekend sales and theyre still changing sale signs. I said thats ridiculous you wont honor the prices that are up now. I just walked out empty handed and extremely upset. I will not come back to this store.

This store is an absolute mess. Their prices are way too high compared to similar stores. The discount retailers are more organized and have better normal prices than this store's sale prices for the same brands.

5 star for sales only, NEVER HAVE ENOUGH STAFF AND I DO MEAN EACH AND EVERY VISIT I CAN NOT FIND AN ASSOCIATE TO EVEN CHECK OUT!

I worked the inventory Sunday night, October 7,2018. I adored Martee first of all. He was smart, nice and very patient. All store staff was pleasant. I will personally be requesting to work with Martee if ever on their inventory again. Thank you Martee for your smarts, your patience, your help and your cracker. Lol.

They won't answer their phones and ignore u in store. When u ask questions about their inventory, they don't know what they r talking about and will dispute u if u tell them so. Like i don't know THE bra sizes I'm flipping through!

Great place very organized associates are good heplers, highly recommend today I just get get my shopping from it and Tammy did great help to me.

Nothing stands out about this place. Just a place but decent clothes at decent prices. 5 stars because you get what you get and expect from here so it delivers that

There are great deals to be found at JC Penney. I love the way that they nearly constantly run coupons. They do a great job of rotating merchandise through clearance. I do wish the children's shoe department had more to offer. I like a department store where I can shop for towels, sheets, clothes, window coverings, etc. This store is always clean and there seems to be a lot of staff to offer help.

This has always been one of my favorite places to work and shop. For probably 20 years i have shopped here for myself, my husband and my 3 boys. Clothing, shoes, housewares, intimates, bedding.they have a large selection and i never leave empty handed.

I'm torn between liking this place and hating it. I've been school clothes shopping here for the kids for years. I also pick up suits and dress shirts. But I dread waiting in lines. Always a line and not enough checkers. But they carry my Nike, Levis and Ralph Lauren clothes and always run a special. I've heard this one is closing and that will be a sad day.
