We are all aware of COVID-19 and social distancing. What businesses need to be MORE AWARE OF is Customer Service! Where has it gone!? !? ! Can't accommidate children with their mother. This place is a joke. The manager upfront denied bathroom access without prior screening and then when the appointment time came their was no screening. AGAIN, WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO.

I have always enjoyed jcpenney and I always been satisfied with the salesperson clean store nice prices

Was at at the sephora counter looking around for 30 min. No one once came and asked if I needed help, I get to the counter to pay, and the cashier asks, who helped you today? I replied no one, then I get a eye role, Mmmmm not cute

I've been into this location probably 10 times in the last 3 years and not purchased anything. Years ago, I used to but clothing quite often from here, but now everytime I go I like it less and less.

The store is clean and staff seems friendly enough. Just the selection and the prices are not what they used to be. Items supposedly on clearance are highly marked up. Styles and brands are rarely something I'd be interested in purchasing.

Even my wife who has been the one to take me has recently started feeling the same way.

Sorry JCPenney's; we had a good thing going in the past, but I think it's time to let go.

Great prices on clothes! With an additional 50 percent off clearance prices, clothes are very affordable and nice stuff. I got a dress for 3 cents!

Nice store but I needed to 29"x 34" Levi's and almost all of there jeans start at 32" waist they should care about thin people as much as they do fat people

Great prices on clearance items. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them 5 is because of the excessively long long. If you go to this store on a Saturday, be prepared to stand in the check-out line for a long time.

At first, this is store I go to find exactly what was needed. But today, this store was chaotic. The clothes were thrown everywhere. Too many signs items on sale. But in large piles. Not going back to this store.

Buy all my work t-shirts here plus they are having a sale 70 % off you can beat that spent a total of $70 but frying pans also enough t-shirts to last me all year I even bought my brother four t-shirts two collared shirt

Was was looking for sweatpants but all they had were summer clothes. There Winter clothes had not been put out yet. This is the middle of September. Also, they had only two types of houseshoes.

I love JC PENNY'S! They have the best sales and usually everyone in the family can find something.

The sephora lady was the best. Very helpful. Definitely left with more makeup than I was planning to buy.

Went in to the jewelry department. Michael was very helpful very courteous and very patient over all very nice staff!

Friendly, accommodating staff, good location. Good deals to be had sometimes, but you have to really look.

Always find what I need here. While I do most of my shopping on Amazon I will go to JC Penney for something I need right away. Staff are always nice when I come here & the return process is also painless. It does get busy around 6pm so plan on waiting in line a bit longer. Overall a great store to get any clothing essentials for cheap!

I took my nieces to the salon to get they hair done. They absolutely loved the time with Gisela. She gave them great advice on the best hair style for them after listening to how the like to wear their hair.

JCPenney offers a wide range of men's, women's, and kids clothing as well as appliances, and miscellaneous items. They offer many coupons and sales throughout the year. If you shop wisely, you are able to get some good deals on clothes. There is also a Sephora shop in the middle of the store for makeup shopping.

The highlight of JCPenney, especially this location, is the hair salon for me. I have been a client of Gloria the master stylist for many years now. She always makes me look polished and understands how to listen to the client and make suggestions to improve your hairstyle. She is an extremely talented stylist.

Parking is located right below in the garage and free for 1 hour with validation. It's a great store to browse through if you're in the area. Can't wait to go back again. One of my favorite places to shop!

Usually find something good. Always have great sales. Those drag around shopping carts were a bust. Who had that lame idea? Worst day I ever had at JCP. My only bad memory of this store.
