JCPenney, Weslaco TX

No service at all. Nice store if you know what you want and where to find it. No service at all.

Some areas of the store lack merchandise designated to specific size. Not too much of a selection. Asked about coupons due to the sale that was going on and I was told that if I wanted a coupon I would have to go to the back and inquire and even at that they might not have any.

Jcpenny is not a store that is somewhat affortable is trying to create a status of medium class clientele but is not suitable in some locations where population is not what it should be expected.

There's no one in store to help you. Over charged me by $20. Then to return it for sale price that took 20 mins.

Always have a good experience here. Seem to luck into sales prices that were even less than the tag showed

Any place with a website for setting appointments that then makes me wait more than an hour for it gets nothing more than 1 star.

Went to store shopping for my mother's clothes prices are great but had her try clothes and dressing room very dirty in there needs cleaning looks like not clean for some time.

Horrible experience at cash register twice. The lines were extremely long and the cashiers were just chit chatting.

So much for customer service, cashier no help, trying to get coupon on phone and her answer was we don't have Wifi.

Just would be a great idea for you to put self price checker machines so you don't have to stand in line just for a price.

Was please with color and cut but not the fact that stylist left hair dye along my hairline and on my cheek. I walked around the store for a little shopping and noticed the dye on my way home. I was devastated and disappointed. Will probably go again but with a different stylist.

Very nice store. Girl's Nike tennis shoes were a little expensive even with JCPenney card.advertisement was misleading.

Today a cashier helped me with a coupon she's a good employee no one had ever done that thanks

The clerk was very nice & polite but for running in to pick up an online order the wait is long because its the same desk that you can make purchases and credit card payments and arguing about expired coupons instead of just picking up orders, the whole reason why I order online is to avoid lines & waiting more than 20 minutes or more.

They need more help on the floor. I need something and no one around. You have to go all the way to the front so they can call someone.

Great prices and great quality of clothes. Went to pick up an online order and took close to 30mins. The line was long because people were doing returns, purchasing items and doing pick ups. It would be great if online pickup had it's own lane.

Found some great clearance items! Store is always messy. Clothes every where. I worked at penney's for 10 years in Minnesota and every Penney's in So Texas is trashed!

I love shopping in JCPenney I would recommend for you to go there they just have about everything you need

Clean store. Sometimes theres coupons on their webpage. Good sales all around. Their clothing is very nice and good quality. Customer service is ok.not the greatest. Their fitting rooms should be more organized.

I prefer going to the jcp.store in Weslaco they are better organized. I can always fine good deals.
