JCPenney, El Paso TX

Went to return something I had bought on line, was a little afraid but was happy to see everyone had their face mask on, so I decided to do some chopping.

People there are rude. Everytime that I go there it seems like they are annoyed all the time. Their attitude is just awful.

I was being chased out of the store when I was upstairs buying clothes for my daughters. There was still 10 minutes left until closing and the associate told me 4 times in a row that we had to go downstairs. How the heck do you expect to shop when the employees don't let you or much less allow you to think and talk to family when someone comes on the intercom every minute reminding us the store is closing. Very rude and very uncomfortable experience. I will not be going back to spend my money here. Management should remember we are the reason they all have jobs.

Visited store too see what kind of sales were in house. Didn't purchased anything, but did like the summery dresses in stock.

TERRIBLE! You need to walk to a cashier to ask for help because no one is on the floor to help. There is only one cashier open so you have to walk the length of the store to pay. I guess it's alright for someone who has no problems getting around, but if you have a handicap, it's terrible.

In the men's department there was a lady can remember the name. Very helpful she was doing her job help us pick a suit that we loved thank you very much for having people like that

Beauty salon at JCPenney is great.never croded.lots of room even if it were. Friendly associates.make you feel special. Shopping at JCPenney is always good.lots of styles and always something of mine.

They have nice things and good prices. BUT i just bought some shades yesterday that i really liked however once i was paying for it did not have the price tag the cashier went to go check the price and i didnt notice that she got me some diff shades i didnt want i didnt check but worst of all they are missing a screw and im going to the pool today and decided to bring my new shades now my day is ruined and i am very Very mad.

Good deals, good service. Not quite the refined, upscale shop it used to be but, still a good place.

The personal that work at Sephora are very rude! My sister and niece went to buy some make up and get a little touch up. The lady that works there answering with, "what do you want? " That to me is rude! The wost customer service we have experienced. I'm dissapointed at JCPenney for hiring people like that!

Always excellent customer service, good quality clothes, you can get great value from there there clearance racks

Kinda stuffy sometimes, not always the greatest variety, but good enough to be honest, got a tux here once

I love shopping in this store! It’s by far my favorite store. The cashier at the kids department Juan is very helpful and very patient. He knows what he's doing and should have a raise. People like him, who actually does his job in a good manner and knows how to treat the customers with respect should work and stay not people who are helpless and lazy. Good job mijo, keep the good work!

You see bargains but never Follow their price and charge clothing expensive, example: shirts for professional work, value of $50. This is outrageous.

Stopped at the jewelry dept.to leave an engagement ring for adjustments. Frances is engaged to Tony her boss. Frances is my sister from another mister, Lol.peace out.
A quick courteous service, will be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks.

We always like Penny's. Been going there for decades. Good quality clothes, process are good. People should check them out

The clothes at JCPenney aren't my type of clothes but if you're a mom who wants to buy nice clothes and at the same time buy your kids some mediocre clothes, this is the place for you!

It's always the same thing for pick up, since there's not enough cashiers on the departments, they cash ppl out in the pick up area making the waiting time at least 30min. Other times I've been in line for 45min, I choose in store pick up because I'm trying to save 8.95 on shipping. Overall they do have good deals and most of the staff is super friendly.

Very bad experience for my Mother in law she saw this amazing jacket that she wanted to purchase for her Grandson that had a 55% off on the whole rack. When she went to purchase it the told her no its only 20%, it is very deceiving to anyone trying to buy a Levi's jacket that is $98, They refuse to Honor it.
