JCPenney, Pasadena TX

Sad to hear that this is 1 of the stores closing. Always have gotten the family Christmas here. Will miss this place and hate having to all the way down to Bay Brook.

Omgeez was I disappointed. I went to buy my grandson something nice to wear for Christmas and it was like someone went in and wiped them out. We did walk out with a nice pair of White Nike Air Jordans at a really good price.

I worked here it was one of the worst jobs I have ever had mangers are rude and not nice the people in the office are horrible overall worst company to work for

Not impressed with prices unless you use a coupon.customer service and cashiers were very nice.

Always good deals. But need more sales people. Customers need help and maybe 1 person to help in a big store.

Made a photo session appointment because on their website they have very nice photos. When they call me to confirm their receptionist doesn't even know exactly what they have as backgrounds. Says they actually only have solid color backgrounds but I can take my own background if I'd like. Are you serious I wouldn't be booking this session if I have my own background. They are morons and have no experience as photographers!

JCPENNEY was great! The young lady was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I only went there to pay ON my bill.and ended up getting a nice piece of jewelry. ‍️

Very disappointed! This store is such a mess! Racks are so full if you move they fall off the rack. I have shopped many JC Penny's store and never seen such a mess in women's clothes. I will say the other Depts looked well stocked and orderly.

Somewhat overpriced. It's a shame too. I can buy just about everything they sell on Amazon for less.

This JCPenney's didn't even have a decent shoe store I don't know what's happened to JCPenney's in Pasadena but it's not good

Danielle was awesome. She asked for the JC penny card, I said no, then she overcame my objection by informing me of the additional 15 % off. I applied and got approved, and my wife was very happy.

My daughter told me she was taking me to JCPenney's for mother's day and I have to tell you I wasn't exactly thrilled I told my friends who shops at JCPenney's anymore I didn't even know there was one in my area but I must say 2 minutes after I got there I was telling my daughter I take back everything I said it was amazing I found products today did even know where to buy I'm thrilled can't wait to go back

They always have deals, coupons and extra mark downs on your purchase. I can only imagine if I had an employee discount on top of the deals. The stuff would be practically free! Keep up the good work! Always thinking about the working people on a budget!

Come to find fantastic deals on sale and the coupons make a huge difference. Ask to see what deals you can get by getting approved for a JCPenney card. All of the associates are happy to help and love conversations. Store is always clean and filled with people who love their job.

Lied about order date, then refused to refund. Fought with them for about an hour before they conceded and allowed us to get the refund THEN they refunded me back 1/10 of my money back and tried to argue the amount. Bad customer service and the inventory leave something to be desired.

I like JCPenney, was dissapointed they dont have a better selection of watches and the people working jewelery counter didnt even approach me to ask if i needed help.
