Still waiting on my pictures and canvas over 200 dollars worth of pictures still out there. They will not return my call. We also bought the package which offers access through Shutterfly only and very hard to use, waste of money
They don't provide the service you need and the representative was very RUDE. I have shopped there for over 35 years and have only been treated like this one other time by a manager and stopped shopping there for 20years but now I will probably never go back
