BEWARE. Just had a horrible experience. I will never return. We have been going here for years until today. The older gentleman there with glasses is super unprofessional, rude and zero customer service. He needs an evaluation and training in customer service, and should not be taking family photos. I left without a session, I was not going to have important photos taken with an unfriendly person. I will be giving my service and money elsewhere.

Loved my experience today while taking my portraits! Shayne was amazing! He was hyping me up and considered all of the ideas that I wanted to go for and executed them perfectly! Thanks so much! JCPenny…. This man needs a raise! His customer service was spot on!

Took my son for his 1 year pictures. The woman who was our photographer was beyond weird and not personable at all. She kept asking the other guy working there to come watch "because he was new". This guy completely ignored her, didn't even glance in her direction, which should've told us something right there. She had us put our son on the floor with all of his toys around him, and gave us zero direction with distracting/getting him to look or smile. Instead she kept setting off the flash, which just freaked him out. So now we have pictures of random toys in the shots, which I did not want, of a kid who usually always smiles at everything, looking like a shell-shocked veteran. Then she had me stand there for another 20 minutes picking out what was supposed to 2 sheets of photos that would be mailed to our house. Couldn't figure out her computer for the life of her, waited 2 months, no pictures. Called to ask where they were, they said we never ordered physical pictures, so not only does she not know how to do portraits but also can't work a computer properly. I don't know what I paid for, but I know none of those pictures are worth printing for frames, my cell phone pictures are 100x better. GO ELSEWHERE, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

We used to use Penny's to do our Halloween photos. We get a family of 5 in full costume, do a simple background and get out photos taken. This year we brought pictures of what we wanted the recreate. We ended up our feet, elbows or the tops of our ears/costumes cut off. Most of the pictures are unusable. We paid $200 for unusable pictures. They tried to recreate an image and the photographer didn't help me get my angle right. I looked horrible! The photographer was nice, the manager was weird/off putting, but we'll never go back there. At this point I'd rather try our garage with lights and a backdrop before we waste our time and money here again. They used to be better. They used to care what our mission was but now it's just about whatever scores they use to see if the photographer is good or not. Unbelievably disappointed.

The pictures weren't as good as they use to be but people were friendly
