Absolutely horrible customer service. My vehicle was towed to the dealership on w military dr on Monday and it took 2 days to do a diagnostic test to find out what was wrong.

Great place and great people. Well almost everyone. CNAC associate a female to be exact was very rude. She took a personal phone call while trying to make a payment. How hard is it to evaluate your employees and hire someone who knows how to leave home at home when they are on the clock? She needs to be gone, it almost everytime I go in to make a payment. Even her co workers had to say something.

Gabrielle was so helpful with my entire process and really guided me to understand every aspect of the financial side that I was unfamiliar with. Gabrielle made this experience an easy 5/5 for me and I'll definitely be recommending her and Byrider South in the future.

I didnt get a car there due to some financial issues on my part but Daniel was super sweet. Even though i told him up front that i probably wouldn't get approved, he still spent over an hour with me trying to figure something out. In the end we came up with a plan and I will def be going back once i save up the money.

Michelle was so helpful and very explanatory in detail how this program works to help build your credit again. I'm pretty happy with the vehicle. But make sure this is ideal for you and your responsibilities. In the video its repeated over and over again! One day late and your in default and they well GPS to pick up vehicle. Be smart and beware! You don't want all the money you put in to help build credit to not count! All in all I was and am a bit nervous with how this works. But definitely am motivated to pay this off way in advance than paying way more than these vehicles are worth. They are kind and helpful. You just really need to know what your signing up for.

This location is the best! Even when I was turned down EVERYWHERE else, JD Byrider was the one to help in every way possible! Worst company ever! This company is undependable and untrustworthy! All they sale is lemons don't get caught in there web. Car worked the first week then all went down hill after that.
