12This was my sisters PCP. Due to an accident she ended up in the hospital and had to have her PCP see her. The initial times this office was called to get that taken care of the reps were rude and unhelpful. Today I called and Courtney tried her best to help me out and was very friendly. She even advised how I could get what I needed taken care of even if it wasn't her that took care of the issue. I wouldv't left 1 star if not for Courtney, GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!
Dont waste your time going to this doctors office. The doctors are ok but the staff are horrible. I haven't met one that does their job. I've had a total of 3 appointments at this office and 2 out of the 3 were either canceled or changed at the last minute, prescriptions not called in, blew a vein in my arm, etc. The list goes on. The office manager said this is not typical so I gave them one more chance. Had a visit today that got changed to virtual at the last minute for back pain, doc prescribed medications and only 2 were sent to the pharmacy. I called the office they insisted they sent it. I asked them to please call the pharmacy. I go to the pharmacy and only the 2 meds. So now I have another night of pain and no sleep because these people cant do their job! Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER GO BACK!
I have been around many physicians and medical providers as I am a nurse. I can not think of any of them who has provided better care, service or communication with their patients than Dr. Bright has with me. I am thankful she is my Dr.
Dr. Bright was attentive and really tried to understand my situation. She seemed to truly care about my well being.
My experience with Dr. Brights office has been outstanding. They check on me daily M-F since I have been home sick the past month.
Nurse Crystal is so caring and positive when she calls.
Dr. Zohra is awesome as well I had a virtual appt with her today for the 1st time. She reassured me that if I had any concerns or questions to not hesitate to reach out to her.
They make you feel comfortable and that they actually care about your well being.
This office staff has definitely improved.

The Staff and Doctors are amazing! They are very attentive and Professional in their effort's to give treatment to their clients. Everyone is treated as though they are FAMILY.
Check in time smooth, wait time was short, nurse was very friendly. Doctor entered to do her exam within minutes after nurse completed all vitals. I wish all exams were like this.
Dr. Bright is very knowledgeable and patient in communicating about my health care issues.
The staff was very professional and extra kind. Dr. Bright was very smart and listened with great attention and answered all my questions. Felt very comfortable, Looking forward to keep her as my Doctor for the future years!
