The most recent blessing of having my home insured through Allstate's Callens Agency comes by way of his ever-helpful and caring agent Ariel Roundtree, who helped me obtain a reduction of over $600 from my policy; a very necessary measure for one subsisting on Social Security benefits alone! I Highly recommend both company and agent!

Ariel is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was rear-ended by another Allstate insured individual. A week after speaking to the adjuster who was supposedly assigned to me then found out at the end of our conversation that she would actually be representing the other party, I finally received the electronic notification of my case status. I immediately went on line to see what was going on with the claim and it turned out that the guy lied and tried to accuse me of hitting him! I was LIVID! I tried calling the claims assistance number and kept running into dead ends! The adjuster that I’ve been assigned to is actually out of the office and I have yet to hear from her. I couldn’t even leave her a voice message! So I called in to my Allstate Agency and spoke to Ariel. I sent her the evidence and she took it from there! She really went to bat for me! Not only did she get the “at fault” issue corrected, but she has continued to follow up on the matter. I as a personal Allstate customer of well over 10 years, I was prepared to leave Allstate if the issue had not been corrected, and Ariel Roundtree not only worked to correct the issue, but she fought for me and has continued to follow through for me! Thank you sooooo much Ariel!

My bill keep going up constantly. I can understand if I had to file a claim for an accident but I have not. I think I am paying for other client claims. Buying time until I can find sonething cheaper.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have been using Jeff Callens agency for all my insurance for the last couple of years and am thankful for Allstate. In April 2022 a tornado hit our home and because of the outstanding coverage and customer service we have had a great place to live and not been out of pocket any $$ until our home is ready to move back in. The customer service has been outstanding and the claims process flawless. Fast & caring service has made this disaster a LOT easier to deal with. There when you need them even in the middle of the night!

Thanks and you are the only insurance provider I will ever use!

We have had Allstate Insurance for both Homeowners and Auto for we'll over 30+ years. Thankfully, we haven't had a lot of incidents and no accidents; but, we have always felt that we were in good hands with Allstate. When we needed the roof replaced on our home, it was quickly accomplished and to our liking. Recently, we sold our home and moved to another state. We had previously paid the entire year's policy on our home. The staff has contacted me to let me know a refund has been processed. Thank you for your support and quick response, Allstate!

I want to thank Alexis for all of her assistance in helping me with my policy needs. I have both car insurance & homeowners with a sister company thru Allstate & had previously had Allstate for years. Due to high cost of insurance I needed to find something lower & Alexis was great in assisting me & continues to do so as well as Morgan & the rest of the staff. Thank you. I finally became a grown up at the beginning of the year and got on my own insurance policy, one of the agents here (Bailee) has really helped me out, and made something that was really foreign and scary to me a lot easier! I recommend her to anyone thinking about shopping for new insurance!

I have been with this agent for 18 yrs and this business has unfortunately gone downhill. I even tried to discuss with Jeff Callens himself and was given his ph # to call directly. I left 2 messages, then emailed him my # and still no return call. I finally got my payment processed for home ins (American Modern) after calling myself and giving them correct banking info to process pymt. They had 2 different acct #s of which neither were correct. Makes me wonder how off my rates are. Been working on since Jan 30th and out of 3 people, none could complete the process. I am now looking for another agent so I never have to deal with these people again! Setting up new policy is easy, that person knows their job but then you will have to deal with the others and they can be rude and all I can say really is good luck.
