Jefferson Dental Care - Walnut and Jupiter, Garland TX

The ladies there where amazing and very professionl. But I had a doctor that saw me and sent me home packing with a toothache that I could not stand. I truly thought he would help me. Not going back to where ever that doctor goes. He was only there that one day. Now I’m home looking for another clinic that’s could help me. Tooth pain is not a joke

Great doctor and staff the coordinator Gracie is really nice and assistants daizy, dianna and jennifer are wonderful at what they do. All the girls up front are super friendly and nice.

Fantastic service from everyone including the dentist very comforting! I had a great experience overall as a walk-in I will definitely consider being a future patient!

Front staff super nice, very warm they care about their patients, back staff very informative on everything they were doing while i was in the room!

1 star because everyone is nice and welcoming. But also 1 star because they messed up my photos, and my x-rays (overheard the dentist tell the assistant this), told me I needed braces, and when they showed me the "cool technology" of before and after my braces, my teeth actually looked worse. The dentist didn't know what to say (I'm 32 and have NEVER been told this). I heard the dentist tell another patient they had cavities. He then told me I had like 18 (almost every tooth, this is no exaggeration, i have paperwork to prove it) cavities (all small). I also have only ever had 1 cavity my whole life. The one girl looked at me and said "You seem surprised about the amount of cavities you have, why's that? " To which I responded with "Well, I'm vegan, brush and floss daily, and don't eat many sweets. Yes, I'm surprised. " They then were pushing me to get all my cavities filled asap, and tried to make a financial plan because my insurance at the time didn't cover it like I thought. I'm irritated with the amount of $$ I spent there for the worst cleaning of my life (which my check up and cleaning had to be done on 2 different settings cuz they were so back up). I waited forever. Literally the only good thing is how nice everyone is. They just hand out cavities like Oprah hands out new cars! EVERYBODY GETS A CAVVVIIITTYY! Needless to say, I went to another dentist (didn't mention my visit here), and they said my teeth were great, beautiful, and questioned if I had ever had braces or a cavity. They also gave me my custom teeth whitening trays (Jefferson was supposed to, but dodged the question when I asked them about it). Anyway. These people lie and just want to put unnecessary fillings in your teeth and take your money. Nice faces, but they're coconuts. I've never felt so scammed in my life. #IWantMyMoneyBack

PS They also pushed for a 5 Star review. Even gave me a piece of paper with names on them for shout outs. This appointment was back in October/November, I think. I hope this review suffices. I literally couldn't make this up if I tried.

Very patient and knowledgeable dentist and assistants. Answered over 109 questions my son keep asking! Great staff.

Awesome staff, great and clean atmosphere. They were very welcoming and answered any of my concerns. Very professional, will be seeing them soon for a clean up! ️

If you enjoy scheduling a cleaning as a new patient & only being allowed to get x-rays after being there for an hour and being told you can “come back next week” for the actual cleaning since other patients are ahead of you in line, then sure, this is the dentist office for you. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went to get my teeth cleaned. I got the best service. The staff were professional. Thank you Dr. Agadi, Lorena, elizabeth and staff for being so patient with me. I will definitely be going back and referring people to you all!

Went in to get my dental work and I have to say the staff is awesome. Very friendly and professional. I thought my cleaning was going to hurt. But Nope. Didn't hurt as bad as I thought. They did a great job. I have definitely found my dentist from now on.

I had a great visit with the dentist Dr. Agadi. With the help Of Elizabeth Lorena and the manager Maribel. They made it comfortable and made it easy to get my work done. I highly recommend this office and Dr.

Everyone makes you feel so at ease. Manager Maribel, Clinical Coordinator Elizabeth, and Assistant Stephanie, but especially DR. Agadi. Don't like going to the Dentist, but don't mind going here. I know they will take good care of me.

Went to get one of my wisdom tooth removed didnt have no appointment and still was pretty fast getting me in. Lorena and Elizabeth were great.and also Dr. Agadi did a great job of explaining what she had to do and the after effects.

I came and had the dreaded root canal completed.surprised at the time, patience and professionalism this clinic showed! Still have more work to do, and I'll be coming back!
