Jefferson Dental Care, Arlington TX

This was my first time going to Jefferson Dental and I must say, it was a BAD experience. My appointment was at 1230 (I arrived at 1220). I filled out the paperwork, turned it in and waiting an HOUR before they called me back. When I was called back they called me back to a room. Which was another waiting area. I guess it’s suppose to make you feel like you are getting somewhere. After waiting 20 mins I was walked to my chair where my X-rays and dentist would see me. My X-rays were taken immediately (that was the best best part of my visit) the Dental Assistant said the dentist would be in shortly. Well, shortly was a 15 min wait. The dentist comes in and just taps on two of my teeth and ask, “which one hurts more? ” First of all I was caught of guard he was tapping on my teeth like a set of drums.it was painful. From there he tells me I need a root canal and suggest that I wait til after I have the baby if the antibiotics I take helps with the pain. If it doesn’t help he’ll go ahead and do the root canal. I go upfront to the desk where they are to give me a break down on what will be owed. No paper to look at just verbal communication. Get this.they only quote me removing the decay/root, filling but NOT the crown. I then ask about finance options. Instead of asking me which out of the two options would I like to apply for they take upon themselves to start an application with care credit. Luckily I noticed because I already know I won’t get approved with them. That would have been a hard inquiry on my credit. I would recommend to stay away from this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience for my husband and I. All locations are like this. All they want is your money and not fix the actual problem you came in for. They used all our insurance benefits for all sorts of cleaning. We were there for 3-4 hours and never got our problem solved. My husband left with a lot of pain as his problem never got fixed. Please beware before going. I was sent to fort worth locations for orthodontic appointments. They wouldn't pull the 8 teeth out that I needed pulled until I filled in all 4 molars that were about to be pulled out. Why would I pay to have teeth filled in that are about to be pulled out?

The tech Precious was amazing she worked with me on the painful xrays.but I waited over 2hours and the dentist came in for a total of 4mins.i expressed concerns about the invisalign not being the best fit for me since I would still have overbite and some spacing and he continued to insist I'm sure it's because that's where the money is.i would not recommend this business for anyone wanting to have a good rapport and relationship with their dentist

The Jefferson dental office at 1511 south cooper street treat their patients horribly and without respect. I scheduled an appointment for my kids and got a confirmation text from them. On my appointment day, I had to leave work and pull my kids from school only for me to get there and the receptionist (his name is Cliff) told me that we can’t be seen because he runs the place and calls the shots there. He then went on to tell me if I insist on keeping my appointment that I have to wait for two hours before we can be seen. Like seriously? I have reported you his matter to their corporate office, I hope they do something about it. Complete disrespectful of peoples time.

I'm at the dentist office for my end of year and they ate the best ever my the best consultant Alex and everyone at Jefferson dental is awesome thank you all for being so kind

Dr. Chung is the best dentist I have had so far. She did my exams and my dental work. I didn't have a dental plan, but staff told me about discount plan. And Clarissa took X-rays of all of my tooth in like five minutes. Abigail went over my consult and explained all the options to me. I was worried about dental work being expensive, but Jefferson Clinic changed that.

Attended Jefferson dental clinic.staff was good. Dr Chung was my Dr. Gelina was my xray technician and Abigail was my dental consult. Liked the clinic staff for good work

I have had nothing less than great customer service as well as work done! They have amazing payment plans also. They have brought my smile back to my life and I couldn’t be more thankful. I would recommend them to anybody! Dr. Chung and the dental assistants done 2 root canals, deep cleaning, and extraction in less than 2hrs and a half. I return in a wk or so for my permanent crown and I can’t wait to finish off my dental work next year! Thank you Jefferson Dental! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Super great. Pd $29.00. Got full pics of my teeth. Full xrays. Gris is was friendly, sweet and helpful. The Female Korean dentist was professional. Abigail was thorough in explaining cost and order of importance. Friendly and helpful, too. I was very impressed and will stay as their patient. Velda Herrera.

Everthing went great, not a long wait, the people that waited on me was fantastic, Haide the consultant, Clarrisa w/X-Rays and don't leave out Dr. Chung, she was wonderful! It's nice to know you can walk into a dental office with smiles and treated with the utmost respect.

My visit today was nothing short of phenomenal. For 7 years, I have been a patient with Jefferson Dental and I have no complaints on service, appt times or cost. I would like to thank Dr. DHALL, GLENDA, VALERIE AND ABIGAIL for their inderstanding, guidance, knowledge and compassion on todays visit. Thank you all.

I merely walked in without appointment or prior discussion. I was however surprised at the warm reception I was given. I was told to wait and shortly ushered in to see a doctor. Dr Rai and Clarissa were professional. Abigail, the lady at the front desk was awesome. On the whole, they got my high five. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

The procedures were successful but I didn’t appreciate having to sign documentation while going under laughing gas nor did I appreciate the receptionist asking to process my payment while I was going through the procedure. When I’m in the chair, I want the dentist to do their work and everyone else just has to wait! I’ll pay when everything is done.

This dental office is very clean and they are nice. They give you so many options to make sure you are satisfied from the xrays with Anjelica who made me feel comfortable and was very gentle to the consultation with Alex who made it possible to get everything I needed done. I recommend Jefferson’s dental on cooper to anyone.

I absolutely Love Jefferson Dental. The staff is super professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them to any and everyone needing any kind of dental care.

What the point of scheduling appointment over the phone if I have to wait for 2 hours for doctor? More than 30 minutes I waited at the reception room watching TV. Then they let me in and did x-rays. Then waiting for more than 1 hour sitting on dental chair. I could at least watch TV at reception.but inside, there is nothing. And I also do not think the doctors and nurses try to understand and listen to patient's problem.

First of all I wanted to let everybody know that Anthony and staff did an awesome job and made me feel very welcome, great hospitality also the clinic was very clean as well I will be back I give this place 10 stars if I could very happy customer!

Had a great experience today. Anthony took my x-rays and we talk about sport and had great customer seevice.

Dr. Chung has done most of my work and always tells me clearly what needs to be done.

Abigail went over my consult and explain all the options well to guide me in decided what options would be best for today.

Overall I am always happy with the level of care and customer service they provide.

It was my first visit and the staff was extremely nice. The wait was a little lengthy but Glenda who did the xrays was so nice and constantly made sure I was doing fine. She eased my nerves without even knowing. Dr. Khakhar came in and was so nice.had a great personality and explained everything to me. I was definitely impressed and am excited that this has become my new dental office! Great first experience!
