Jeffeson Dental at Gran Plaza was a great experience! Veronica was great with helping me get with different payment options. Really recommend!

If you value your time go elsewhere, this place is insanely slow and they seem to always misplace my records/scans resulting in things taking longer or requiring me to return to get scanned again. They do get the job done eventually but you can probably get it done way more time efficiently elsewhere.

A mess! Not kid friendly at all, receptionist had no experience on what she was doing in the front. Dental rooms looked old out of date the actual dentist wasn’t really friendly his breath smelled like garlic, Wait was long. The dental assistant was nice though, wouldn’t recommend for kids at all.

Update: my crown still hasn’t been delivered. I keep calling always goes to people that do not work at the actual clinic. So unprofessional

This office has some of the most professional employees. Dr took his time to explain everything he needed to do. The assistants where great as well.

The dentist is very professional and fast does a great job and a young woman there is very good she does a great job very professional and nice but all who work there our very professional I guess that's why they are so busy they make sure your very comfortable

Dr. Desai & Carolyn, Marlene is the best my tooth was pulled fast the staff is very nice i recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I first came here last year to get a tooth pulled it was quick literally 45mins and it’s affordable. They have a very nice/friendly staff that were very helpful with any question that I had. I just got a root canal done here and surprisingly I didn’t even hurt! Dentist is amazing! It took about 3hours for the entire procedure crown too but I was able to afford it through the payment plan they provided. This will continue to be where I go to for future check ups and dentist work if needed.

Dr. Desai, kanisha, teresa, evelyn, Joanna were all very helpful and kind in taking care of me I was in a lot of pain and they we very compationate

They are the worst! We made an appointment and waited four hours just to be attended. They dont even know what they're doing, they don't know what's wrong and they are rudeeee! Idk how they possibly have good ratings. Wouldn't even wish my enemies to come here.

Sitting in a waiting room with allot of pain for hours just to recieve an xray. Tv in a waiting room constantly playing annoying ads and cuts off every 5 seconds. It would be allot better if it was off. Only makes it worse 29$ for xray. Staff friendly

They are the best individuals, every time I come I feel like I am at home, they make a person feel welcome at all times as well as the dental services I have been getting has been extremely good also. They are the best at what they do and all other offices should take note as to use them as a guide line to measure their success.

Dr. Dedsai, Dr. Renuka and staff Mayra Assistant Teresa Finacial advisor has great customer service and did a great job to help my husband get his pain under control talk to us through treatment plans and gave us a lot of information we apreatiate jefferson dental very much! If you haven't Vist, Come! They will help!

My boyfriends has had 2 extractions here. The 1st one was a little rough. But i think bc it came out in pieces bc there wasnt much tooth left. And it took alot to numb him. Today the 2nd tooth went fast easy and it numbed really fast. The staff is always friendly. Cutting up with the patients. Which calms your nerves. Oh and they set us up on a dental plan that has been really helpdul. So they get a 5 star from us. Thx yall
