Staff and dentist are personable and pleasant to interact with. Tiffany the dental hygienist is the best.

My first visit to Jefferson I had my doubts due to me not liking anyone messing with my mouth but me but they took care of me and made sure I felt as comfortable as I could be and got my extraction done with rarely any pain I had to deal with. Thank you guys so much seriously

This clinic is really awesome staff was super friendly. The pricing was a relieve I was accepting an expensive price but they worked my with my financial situation and we chose the perfect option and price to help my needs.

I have had two visits to Jefferson Dental in Arlington, both times have been a total nightmare, went in for a root canal and two crown's the first time, I was in the for (5 1/2) hours. There is only one Dentist and he's running back and forth with all the patients. A week later I went in the have my imprints done for the crown's, same thing, one Dentist running back and forth with patients, I was in there for (3 1/2) hours, finally got tired and told them to put the temporary caps on and scheduled to return in a week later to have the procedure finished. I'm to close to the end, so I don't go anywhere else, but after this, NEVER AGAIN. It's like going to Firestone to get your car fixed and they only have one mechanic while everyone waits in the waiting room.

I was scheduled March 10th and they changed my schedule after I arrived and I’ve call off work and also on March 17th, they only do X-ray for me and told me that they haven’t contact my insurance yet and I was there since 9Am till 1: 30pm for nothing. My appointment was 9: 15 they don’t see me till one hour later. I’ll never recommend this location for anybody

Worse expiernce long wait keep telling us take 10 more min not even took X-rays after 1.5 hour wait

Great experience, every single employee was courteous and friendly. All the questions I had were answered and a workable plan was made for my dental works. I'd give an extra star for the staff putting up with my horrible jokes but the max is five.

Waiting for over an hour to been seen for an appointment is unacceptable. It's called an appointment for a reason.

Great administrative staff; hygienist and dentist! They scheduled me in for an emergency visit due to a toothache. Turned out to be a bit more than that which required extracting a fractured tooth. Was treated great and with care by everyone at the Matlock location.
