Jefferson Dental Care, Duncanville TX

I went to this place and I was so surprise how the staff was really friendly. They worked with me in getting my teeth done. They took hood care of me while I was at their office and I can tell that these people really care. Thank you Jefferson Dental!

Everyone here was amazing. The office was clean and the wait wasn't bad. Martha, the dental assistant was very kind and I enjoyed talking with her for a bit. It was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Everyone there is so nice, they make you feel comfortable. I recommend them to family and friends.

The price for the exam/X-ray was the best price I’ve received looking for a dental office. Besides the price being affordable the staff was awesome. I was extremely nervous but the extraction was NOT painful. The Dr. & assistant made sure to keep asking was I OK. I appreciated that so much. I have more work to get done and I’ll be returning.

Today was my first visit and I've been to several offices over the years but their staff was awesome. They were very attentive and asked me several times if I had any questions or concerns. The only thing I would suggest is giving the rooms a fresh coat of paint and definitely upgrading the lobby. 4 hard black chairs and a tv, no pictures or anything. Nobody likes going to the dentist but when you do you want it to feel warm and welcoming. Just because this area consists of mostly black and brown people doesn't mean we don't deserve the niceties of dental offices on the other side of town. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a emergency dental procedure today as a walk-in and the staff took EXCELLENT care of me from checking in to the payment process. Had to have a tooth extracted and it was done in no time with absolutely no pain and in just a few wiggles lol! I would definitely recommend this office for sure and I will return for future appointments!

Every one was kind and very helpful and the dentist was explained everything and his work is great and his staff.the only thing as soon as I walked out the door i was in so much pain.didn't have enough lidocaine

When you set an appointment and you arrive on time. Just to be told that on Saturdays you will have an hour plus wait time when you have to ask why is it taking so long. This is not how a professional business should be run. Your initial visit should be on time

The wait was long, but the service was good the ladies are professional and very nice I was offered water and cookies and they did a good job and once they got to me the service was quick overall I liked my service!

Dr. Patel was super awesome and his assistant Leyda was also very helpful and friendly! Will definitely be going back for more work!?

Great customer service! Jefferson dental is so awesome, I’m getting a crown put on. Dr. Patel and Leyda explained the process. They made sure I were comfortable and informed me everything they were doing. I’m so happy I chose Jefferson dental, even referred friends and family to see them

Had a great experience. No pain during and after procedure. Dr. Patel was very professional and courteous. Doctor Assistant Delya was very nice and was always concerned about my confort. Overall a great experience.

I am happy the dentist and assistant. They will allow you to make payment arrangements just make sure you asked what are each visit plan because if you don't know you think one thing and get something else otherwise friendly staff for the most part.
