Jefferson Dental Care, Irving TX

Bro im only going here because i dont have dental. No communication between offices. They are unorganized and didnt send an appointment confirmation so they skipped my appointment after another location confirmed me. Told them i had moved in the past year and they forgot to confirm my appointment with the new location.long story short, they wasted alot of my time and could have saved me an hr just by sending a text like they normally do for confirmation.

Oolaalaa that's soooooo miserably marvelous of staged movies styles bugging gutters types of screwing people's comments apparantly reflective of in house con artistically designed comments structured 2 b attracting clients or otherwise cyberspace junkies monkees colored by technicolored lords knows period accordingly hallelujah AAMMEEN

I really enjoyed my experience at Jefferson Dental. Dr. Patel and his staff did a great job. They were attentive, thorough and very welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future for all routine/preventative and emergency services. By far my most pleasant dental experience.

March 2021 UPDATE: Went for my follow up and experienced and had to get a treatment done & it took 6HRs (10: 15AM appointment & left at 4PM)

This place is a joke. The staff is paid a bonus based off patient reviews. Guess what, 95% of the good reviews are fake and posted by team members. I know this as a fact.
Over priced, wait for hours to be seen, doctor is told to diagnose treatment to make the max amount of money from you and your insurance if you have any.
Worst place you could ever go to get your teeth worked on.

Wait time totally worth it. Braces and all my work done in the same day. Easy prices. Great place!

Worst experience of my life first paid for immediate dentures in January did not receive teeth for two months then went in today for a reline of my dentures only for the new line to come loose hours later.told by Gm we will fix it next week.these people have the worst business practices I've ever seen

My kids had their exam and cleaning done and the experience was great. My son was very scared but the assistant Karla and the doctor were very nice and made him feel very comfortable. Will definitely be bringing them back.

I was a patient here at the dentist and the staff and dentist were extremely disrespectful and rude.

Appointment was at 12 pm.checked-in at 11: 15.done with paper work at 11: 30.was told at 12 that i would be called in 10-20 minutes.its 12: 55 and still waiting.dont know how long does it take to be called inside and finish my visit altogether.and there were hardly 4-5 visitors waiting out.its ridiculous.forget your whole day if you have to visit this place

I was trying to make my 1st appointment but they would not tell me and verify my benefits and they canceled my 1st time appointment without telling me Stay away

They're good at getting you scheduled, good customer service, the doctors and staff at very thorough with explaining everything to in regards to your treatments, I would recommend this dental office. Great job keep it up!:)

No matter how frequently you visit, you will be told that you need an xray, deep cleaning, or something that you will need to pay for.
I was there today for a 3PM an orthodontist appointment for an implant procedure that was scheduled a month ago.instead of this happening, I was told there would be a consultation and xray. I thought I had done this when I made the appointment. A MONTH AGO. When I asked why I wasnt told that this was a consultation and not the actual procedure the response was "Im not sure". I then told that it would be about an hour wait before I was seen. NO WAY! Do not let these people waste your time or money. Just pay for the service that you want to receive. I wont be returning.

Worst dentist office ever. I got here 15 minutes before my appointment time. It’s been 1.5 hours and I’m still waiting! This is ridiculous! They tell you over the phone you’re coming for a deep cleaning then once you get there it’s a whole exam, consultation and finance meeting. A waste of my day! Never coming back! ‍️

Terrible and I hope this is read by their customers. I went to have a second opinion of my daughter (they offer FREE evaluation). Well we went and this lady doctor told us that my kid has 9 (nine) cavities. We went to another doctor with better reputation. He found 1 (ONE) cavity. That is the way these people make money, a way to get pay for the FREE consultation, filling up non existing cavities. Terrible!

I scheduled myself to have just a regular cleaning. Came in and was put through a 3 hour process that consisted of waiting, getting Xrays taken, more waiting and then taken to a room to have a price consultation done that came out to over $700. I was not told that in the phone call when I scheduled. Had I known before I would be going through all that and it would take 3 hours I would have either rescheduled or gone somewhere else.

I was very disappointed and upset so I left. Absolute waste of my time.

With 2 dentists and 5 assistants on the floor just be transparent with people and tell them before hand what you plan to do and how long it's going to take. Very unhappy.

This is the worst clinic ever to chose in dfw area, they always make you wait over one hour pass the appointment time. Today I had an appointment at 08: 30 am, my wife took the kids at 8: 20 am to this clinic for their appointments and now it is 10: 45 am still waiting.we decided we will never ever come back to this clinic again.

NOTE: IF YOU DON'T WANT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH AVOID THIS PLACE.

Please don’t make appointment in this clinic if you make appointment in this clinic you have to wait more then 2 hours then your appointment time.

I love her she is the absolute best, and the best dentist I've ever had in my life. I'm a person that is very affraid of the dentist she made me very comfortable, she is very kind and understanding.i will ONLY come to see her.and she has a fantastic team also, I will only refer this team
