Very professional environment, haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years because the last one caused me so much pain, they were all very friendly and cared about me as a patient, from the meet and greet, to the billing process, the cleaning from the hygienist, and the overall procedures from the dentist, best dentist I have seen hands down, the doctor is truly gifted in her craft! Cant wait to go back for my crown!

My appointment was scheduled for 9: 15 am and I arrived at 9: 00am. At 10: 26 am, they finally called me back into the patients room. The young man who was taking my vitals and X-ray using the stand up machine couldn’t get it to work at first. I was left standing in the machine with my mouth open on the machine mouth piece while he walked back and forth looking for help. Finally they get the machine to work. Then he takes me to the individual patients room to do more X-rays. He clearly must have been new to this job because he took forever and seemed uncertain and other employees had to keep checking on him. He does the X-rays but they are not done well so another assistant comes in and does the X-rays all over again. She struggles as well. Then another person comes to help and the two of them do the X-rays again for a third time! By now, it’s 12: 00 noon. Finally, they finish the X-rays and then they both leave the room without saying a word to me. Time continues to go by and no one comes into the room. Finally around 12: 45 pm, I decided to get up and leave! I was more than patient with these people. After being there since 9am, I had to leave. I had other things planned for my day. They apologized and wanted to reschedule and I declined. This was my first and last visit to Jefferson dental. If you have an entire day to spend at this office, then go ahead and make an appointment there. I’ve never spent that amount of time in any doctors office ever! This is ridiculous. They need not over extend themselves if they are unable to see patients within a timely manner of their scheduled appointment.

Appointment was at 1: 45pm, got there promptly at 1: 30pm.no one was at the desk to Greet us. I gave prior Insurance when making the appointment. I ended up leaving my daughter, who is 21. I called back, I was told she would be ready At 5: 30. Well she was not ready. We ended up leaving there at 7pm. From1: 45 pm to 7 pl, where in the Loving nightmares does a trip to the Dentist take that long. When I spoke to the receptionist about the wait, his reasoning was that their system was going up and down and patient s kept coming. Well, Hello.why would you take on extra patio when your system is not working properly. My daughter stated that the Dentist failed to numb gums in the specific areas. She shared with me that she was in so much pain. I promise I will never go back there. They also tried to over charge my kid for toothpaste. I will not be returning

I had great visit and the front stuff very professional aslo the back DA her name yisel she did take care of me very well and my dr. Korat she always explained my treatment plans and I'm glad she is taking care of me and my family so i highly recommend to you guys to go there.

Everyone was friendly and professional - the dentist even asked how I had been eating with my missing teeth! Will return when I can!

I have been coming to this dental visit for 7+years now and I am completely satisfied with their services. Dr. Korat is so caring, efficient, and attentive to detail that I would never want her to leave. Also, dental assistant Yisel is the best! I am also grateful for Manager Lili for working with me in making each of my visits pleasant and affordable. I highly recommend Jefferson Dental!

Rayon An Lilian were extremely helpful an the young lady at the front desk. Im a future dental assitant, didnt disclose that to them. Yes I need work done an a fully aware that I need to start my treatment asap. The dentist that came in seem very exp.but she was not as open to listening when I told her something Thats all. Rayon came back in an explanined everything to me. I feel is she is going to work on me get to know me an Let me ask you questions she should have listened a bit better to my concerns thats all. But I start my appt On jan. 21 we will see how it goes from there! Other than that everyone was great. Tell the dentists she should listen clearly an not judge so much on whats going on when a patient is concerned. Thanks

My experience with the MD and the staff at Jefferson's Dental on Bellaire and Gardner was absolutely amazing. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, patient, caring and I can see they all love what they do, which is so important, it made my experience, in spite of all the work I had done, so much more easier. You'll sacrificed youll's time at the clinic until so late, I appreciate that, Dr Korat, you were so, so patient and so good, you made sure that I stayed pain free throughout the whole process, thank you! The ortho team is amazing! Dr Wang and Dustin always explain each step and educate me about my ortho treatment. They both hv great customer service! I highly recommend Dr Wang!

Wasted three hours of my time here for them to tell me their x-ray machine is broken. They were unable to assist me and the dentist talking about she has to wait to do any work in my mouth. They were trying to pull a wisdom tooth that I didn’t ask them to pull for $65. Then they were trying to charge me over $200 to pull another wisdom tooth in the back. ONE tooth for $200. I went right to Mint and the price Jefferson tried to charge me to pull one tooth Mint quoted me for all 4. Will never be going back here.

Excellent customer service. The dental assistant was fun to talk to and the dentist was very positive. They did the x-rays and facial scan for free. It was a good experience and I can’t wait for my first cleaning.

I Want to thank Jefferson Dental for assisting me with my treatment plan and Elisa office manager that helped with the financial part and for having great patience assisting. Amazing team i give 5star.

Went in a couple of days ago and got a free exam. I was skeptical because of the area but my friend had recommended me to come here. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The doctor was very detailed, will be bringing my wife and kids here.

Just got my treatment started today. Took me a while to come in but I am want to thank dr.lam, yisel and manager lili For a wonderful experience.

The group here is PHENOMENAL! Dr Bhakta was very helpful in describing options (I had a broken a molar) and making sure I was sufficiently numb. Eased my fears all the way.

I don’t usually rate, but when I do it’s either because they provided a great service or not at all. Unfortunately, I have to say that our experience was terrible. First of all we waited over an hour to be seen while in the waiting room and it’s not like there were a lot patients. At the front desk they stated that they had to verify our insurance, which didn’t make any sense because when we made the appointment we had provided our insurance to be verified in the first place. The waiting room only had 2 patients, one was already there and the other came after us.

Once they were called and after waiting 45 min, we asked what was taking so long, the receptionist said that they were cleaning the room. While we sat and continued waiting what appears to be a couple they sat down and didn’t even check in, Dr. Bindeshwari Korat came out and escorted them inside. When they finally called us in, we can see the couple getting their dental care, at this point we didn’t know who our dentist was going to be.

The receptionist took my family and i to the room, as we wait to see the dentist a lady approached with her dental uniform, gloves, mouth mask and says to sit back. My husband and I look at each other and ask who are you? Are you the dentist?
C’mon you don’t even have the courtesy to introduce yourself, and we’re is your professionalism, have you worked with children before? My daughter got scared and cried, of course I would have too if a lady approached me with a mask, gloves, goggles walked in that manner to me.

I have to say I have been with so many dentist but never had an experience as worst as this one. Overall time 2 hrs and 30min.

I just hope this experience won’t affect my daughters future dental experience.

I set up an appointment with Jefferson Dental on 8/1/19. I spoke with them prior to the appointment and let them know why I was coming in, who my dental insurance was through and even gave them the information needed to verify my insurance. Well I arrived for my appointment today 8/8/18 on time and they didn’t know who I was or why I was even there! Needless to say that made me completely uncomfortable! How am I supposed to trust you with care for my dental needs when you don’t even know who I am or what my appointment is for? Extremely disappointed!

Lily the manager and Wendy the front desk attendant was very friendly and very help with me today. The staff was amazing from the time I walked through the door till the time that I left. I recommend this place to anyone.
