HORRIBLE SERVICE! FROM THE FRONT OFFICE TO MANAGER AND DIRECTORS. OMG NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR USE THIS OFFICE. INCOMPLETE WORK AND THEY REFUSE TO BE DILIGENT ABOUT CARING FOR PATIENTS. THE NEW OFFICE TEAM IS NOT A GOOD ONE.

When I first came here everything was fine. The second time I came I had to wait for 30 minutes just for them to tell me I had to reschedule. The 3rd time I had to wait an HOUR and they still didn’t call us that’s way to long like we got other stuff to do! This will be the last time I’m coming here.

Wait time is so ridiculous. Went for an appointment and waited over 40 minutes only to be told that the doctor was running behind and I had to be rescheduled.understaffed and clueless receptionists.

They need some serious attention to detail in this office. Please if anyone can help them reach out.

I went in for a teeth cleaning and was there for two hours before I saw the actually dentist. The dentist barely looking in my mouth for 2 seconds and said I need something more than a basic cleaning, but not a deep cleaning. I was told that since I am not getting a deep cleaning or a regular cleaning my insurance does not cover the cleaning they recommend. So I basically wasted my time in that office. They did give me a wisdom teeth removal referral. The place they referred me to is not in network. I found my own place and have ask that they send over my referral to the place I found in network. I have only been able to reach someone in office once. Every other time it goes to the call center. For the life of me I am not sure why it takes weeks to email or fax over a referral but I am suppose to get my wisdom teeth pulled in 2 weeks and I cannot move forward or even know how much I will have to pay out of pocket until they do their job at this location.

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the back. Quick intake service.
Strongly recommend this place if you want quick and quality work done to your teeth.

I really can't say enough about this dental office, they are the best! Up to date procedures and excellent customer service. I have always had a very good experience and recommend to all my friends and family. The staff at the front desk is helpful friendly knowledgeable and experienced. High quality dental care at affordable prices! Special recognition to Blanca for her extraordinary attention to detail and personal care.

An excellent service, a long time ago, I was looking for a doctor to help me, visit many sites and consult all the websites, I found a review of this clinic and I went and I found a professional team, you feel confident and well treated, very recommended crew.

It is hard to find a dentist that you can trust. This dentist office is not like a typical dentist office chain. This a dentist office for your whole family. I have much less anxiety going to the dentist after having had a few good visits for myself and my child.

I recently went to have my treatment here. Lyna took my Xrays and also assisted Dr. Neda, they did a fantastic job and I didn’t feel anything! Blanca also assisted and make me feel very comfortable, i’m very happy with my experience here and staff!

Do NOT visit this location. They pay people for 5 star reviews. Their dentists are straight out of school. They have no idea what customer service involves and given they deleted my last comment, I'll be posting one every single time they do. My aunt with CBS 11 is going to do an in-depth report on the shady practices of this "corporate, profit driven" office of dental quacks. I'd rather suffer pain than let these children work on my teeth.

Bought their plan for $29 Dollars you get two cleanings for the year and discounts throughout the year. The ladies here are very helpful and overall informative. Doctor explained in detail that had to be done. Been a customer since I was 15.

I visited the Rufe Snow office for a checkup and cleaning. Everyone was professional and courteous. The coordinator Bianca was amazing! Going to this office makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience.

Wow. Best dental experience I’ve ever had I’m super skiddish about dental work and always have such high anxiety any time I have to get work done, but I have never felt as comfortable in a dental office before. The fenomenal staff of ladies and dentist was one of the highest quality they go above and beyond to make you feel more than welcome customer service on point this is what I’m talking about. There wasn’t a single part of the process that I felt out of the loop. Five stars all the way Excellent staff!

I been taking my kids there for a while the ladies are so caring and nice. My kids had a bad experience before so they were scared of the dentist. The ladies go above and beyond to make my kids have manhood experience. The doctor is awsome too, great staff, and good prices.

Excellent friendly prompt staff the kids area could use some work but the wait was only about 10 minutes love bringing myself and my kids here highly recommend
