This dental office is the BEST! We had a great experience from the first phone call I received requesting an appointment to the end of my sons visit. Not only are they fair, they’re compassionate, professional, and care about their patients. The front staff is also amazing and make you feel at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist for yourself, a child, or another family member, I highly recommend coming here! They are the best!

Talking to the central office is kinda difficult, you can ask me about it at a later date. Now! The Sommerall office are excellent, techs are professional, kind and caring! Dr. Vu is Outstanding! Take that from a former hospital administrator! Thank you, Dr Vu

Had another dental office quote me $3000 for services including an cleaning, extraction and laser AFTER insurance, which covers 100% of my cleaning, exams, surgical and presentative care. It should have been way less. Came here and got all of my services covered entirely by insurance plus a small amount to cover a bone graft from wisdom tooth extraction. Fair prices, home-y vibe, lots of attention and strong pain meds. A+ from me.

This was the most horrible place of business i've ever been to. I have never seen such horrible bedside manor from anyone, iv already reported them to my insurance and the sunset advisory board because their hygienist or whomever she is, used water the whole procedure which is disgusting and cleaned her mirror twice over my open mouth. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a child and needless to say I don't want to go BK to this location. I'll file a protective custody order against that actual employee if I have too. Telling ppl they have diseases through an x ray and not even having the proper credentials.good luck to any future patients

First time visit February 10,2023. First, while I was filling out the paperwork regarding sharing my personal information I asked the receptionist a question that she couldn't answer, she said the form was new as of that day so she was unfamiliar with it, of course I didn't sign it. Secondly, as I observed my surroundings it appeared to be unsanitary (front desk area cluttered with I assumed patients sensitive information all over there counters (don't believe me walk in and see for yourself) and being moved around to different rooms using equipment that I feel was used on other patients and not sterilized prior to my use). Third, and the most annoying my insurance covered a portion and I was responsible for the remaining balance which was paid upfront. Since then I've received multiple emails, texts, and a bill in the mail hassling me stating I owe a balance. I've called three times already speaking with Leslie and others regarding the issue and as of yesterday I'm still getting alerts via text saying I owe a balance. Very unsatisfied new patient experience. Please do not buy the recommended electric cleaning brush kit they offer, it's very poor quality, I threw it away after first use and mind you it was approximately $100.

Had a wonderful experience getting my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Vu at Jefferson Dental (Sommerall location)!

I am not satisfied with service at all, worst dentist I have ever been. All care about money never recomend you right way to deal your problems very disappointed. I had wisdom tooth pull and the dr didn’t say before that I am having stitches after, now it’s been 3 days I am still having same pain I had to take medicine and I couldn’t able to talk, and. I mentioned her I am working where I have to talk. Now I have been trying to call the dr and nobody responded me. As if I am seen any improvement at all. I could able to talk and eat at all. I could even open my mouth.
She should give me right advice at the time when I was asking her. And now I am going to get marry next month.
Very disappointed I have a lot of swelling.

I was able to be seen fairly quick after I had a scheduled appointment I missed. I was in pain and was able to get some teeth pulled very quickly great experience in an emergency time of need!
