All I can say is the customer service rocks. Every single person I came in contact with clearly explained everything and put me at ease. I’m shocked at getting this type of service in DFW. I will definitely be back. I’m sending my kiddos as well! FMB

Lack of communication among the Jefferson Dental Clinics. Farmers Branch location sent me to Oak Cliff location for emergency extraction and oral surgeon was not there that day. Since my work day was already interrupted I asked if a cleaning could be completed as I am the insurance policy holder. According to personnel my insurance would only cover $16 which didn’t sound correct as preventative care is a common cost covered. A laser treatment was recommended and charged for preventative care that is allegedly covered by insurance. This was not your typical “ preventative” cleaning as copay and procedure was more than $200. Fillings were recommended by Doctor however were not for the reason of having cavities due to sensitivity. I have had previous fillings in the past, and I inquired about not injecting for minor fillings and doctor stated that injection numbing had to be completed. I refused to have this completed. Hygienist, front desk, and dental assistants were very friendly. Would recommend to go elsewhere to where insurance and cost is reasonable not where you have itemized bill that shows your insurance covered and you only pay $34 which is a lie. Will definitely be reviewing the explanation of benefits to dispute with insurance for incorrect billing.

I have been going here for 2 years. The staff is great and kind. The doctors are amazing. Only place I feel comfortable going. I will be back.

Scheduling is unpredictable and last time I had to reschedule because my initial time was changed 3 times. I am a clinical psychologist and need predictable scheduling or I lose hundreds of dollars. I am looking for a new dentist.

I usually come here this time they did not let me be with my children in the back. Usually the let parents wait in the back room while children get X-Rays but this time. They left me in the waiting room while my kids where in the back. As a mom this makes me feel uncomfortable and my kids not safe. I will not return.

The visit was great staff was nice and Canessa was awesome and quick with the cleaning the financial department can use some help my insurance coverage didn’t match what they where saying and there was quite a bit of confusion on what they where saying was covered and not covered but other than that it’s a good place for dental.

Canessa was a wonderful and thorough technician. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time but her constant caring attitude allieved alot of my apprehension. I enjoyed the entire staff at Jefferson Dental. Thank you.

Worst experience ever- do not waste your time here. They try to push all these add ons that are out of pocket on you including a basic cleaning.
