I was scared to death, I haven’t been to a dentist in years! The doctor is nice, gentle, explains everything so you can understand & the hygienist explained what she was going to do, numb me with some gel & told me I’d be okay & no pain. I got my cleaning with NO pain! She was great! The insurance lady in the front office is so very helpful, great attitude, pleasant & all with a smile. This is the place to go if you need “any” dental work! Kudos to this office.

This place is the best! I couldn't of been treated any better. Sandra the office manager and the dentist and the rest of the staff was the absolute best! I always hated going to the dentist but this office put me at ease and was very attentive. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I recently had a cleaning and checkup, and it was the most pleasant dental experience I've had. Amiyah, was gentle and thorough, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing. Great experience

Dr. Chaudhari was great and awesome at what he does! Staff were very welcoming and great as well

As long as Dr. Wakefield is there I will always return. Laura the hygienist is excellent as well. Only giving 4 stars because there is no direct contact to the clinic and the call center agents are the worst.

I was so surprised at how friendly everyone was, the Dentist was amazing and so reassuring and sensitive to my needs.

Staff are always friendly and professional. My child gets the best care from both offices, Orthodontics and General.

General side is the worst I really wish I could give a negative 5 stars but I can’t……. You all charged me 907.00 for deep cleaning I was told it’s some type of cleaning plan for my teeth and the 907.00 was for several cleanings I only received one cleaning and when I disputed the charge they said I received all services. There is no way in hell I would’ve agreed to pay 907.00 for one damn deep cleaning. DO NOT GO THERE WORST PLACE EVER AND THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

Great Customer Service and my Dentist did great work on my fillings, and cleaning my teeth, and his assistant did great on polishing my teeth I’m HAPPY, they work GREAT together Thank You

I have been coming to this location for a year. I had never had a problem. Two weeks ago I called to cancel my appointment and they rescheduled me for a Friday when it arrived. It was closed. I went to ask the general clinic and they told me that there were already several people who were going to ask the same thing. They rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday when I arrived on Tuesday, they told me I didn't have an appointment. I explained what had happened and they treated me as if I was lying and with attitude, the three women were rude I tried to show them the messages that I received on Friday reminding me of my appointment and they were already deleted. One of them told me very rudely that they were not going to provide me service. If I wanted to, I could sit in the lobby until 1: 30 to see if someone really canceled.this is how your employees are trained to treat patients as if they were liars they really need to work with their attitude in a situation like this and more because it was their mistake

I was to be afraid of a dentist, but now I have been coming to Jefferson Dental & Otthodontics, I am not afraid anymore they took care of my excellent.

Everyone in the office was very polite and kind. I have Dental Anxiety, but the staff talked to me the entire time they were doing my procedure and I was just fine. Thank you so much.
