My appointment was at 4: 30 and wasn’t actually taken to the back until 4: 45. They already had my insurance from the week before since they had to reschedule me. The staff was super nice when I walked in. Very soft spoken and sweet. They are the only reason I am giving them 2 stars otherwise it would no NO STARS! Their dentist Flor had terrible bedside manner. She doesn’t know how to talk to patients. I asked her for a recommendation on what to do with my tooth and she said “well I can’t tell you what to do”. She works fast but it’s almost like she doesn’t like her job and wanted to rush. She was rude to me and her coworkers. The way she talks to you is very cut and dry.

Update! Went to a different dentist. Jefferson told us my son had gingivitis and a cavity. The new reputable dentist said my son's teeth were perfect and no cavity and no need for sealants. I assume they just scam people for unnecessary dental work!

Disastrous! I took my 14 year old for a simple cleaning. First time, the hygienist didn't show but no call. Second time, they didn't confirm insurance so he wasn't seen. Third try and it took 2 hours and all they did was an x-ray. Told us he needed his wires from his braces removed to do a cleaning. I called to have a Manager call back and, of course, no response. I will
never use this place.

Idiots can’t verify insurance given to them days in advance. Probably dodged a bullet anyway, will go to a reputable dentist.

The worst! Jefferson dental I have called several times, I have spoke to now three different account managers at this location. A new one because it’s a new person every single time I call! I just want my $1400 back to me! It’s on my file, it’s all there just cut my check? ! Why do I have to keep hearing I will call you back? Why do I have to make an appointment just to get a call back? ! Just read my account and pay me my money it’s simple.

Nice office staff and dentist. Dr. Navarro was very detailed at explaining the treatment and acknowledged my concerns. Would recommend her!

Dentist & Staff are very nice and do their job well.but for 2 months I have been dealing with being charged for services I never received or asked for. I went in for an exam in June, due to a tooth that needed to come out, and paid $29 for the exam and xrays as advertised. I was told everything that was wrong with my mouth.yay! My entire estimate was over $10,000. I did not have any tooth work done that day because I was told I needed an extraction with a bone graft which was over $500. I went home to think over my options before scheduling a followup appointment. In between this appointment and the second appointment, I received a bill for over $700 in the mail. I called the billing place and was told that they would send my issues to their supervisor. Never heard back. I then called the actual office I went to for my visit and was told that they charged me for Restorative work. I explained to them that I had no work done on my mouth for that visit, just the exam and xrays. I was told that it must have been an accident and that they would remove it from my account. I went back to get my tooth extracted and all went well. I paid upfront $249 for the extraction. When I was done, I was told that the dentist changed the type of extraction it was and it would actually be cheaper than I originally paid and that I had left over money on my account for any services I need in the future (Why didn't they refund that money back to my card, idk) I also inquired about the other bogus charge on my account and I was told to ignore the bill that I received as they had fixed it on their end. Cut to now, I received a bill for $522. Again, I called the number on the bill and was told it was for restorative work and they saw I paid $249 in July towards the bill. I did not. I paid for a tooth extraction. I NEVER HAD RESTORATIVE WORK DONE. So I told her this again, and again I was told that she would send the issue to her supervisor. I don't expect to hear back as they seem to have HORRIBLE communication.or they are literally trying to scam people into paying for things they never requested or received. I'd avoid this company at ALL cost.

EDIT: My response to the reply left by the Owner. I have tried calling this number several times and get ZERO help! I get hung up on or transferred to a line that sends me to a voicemail. I am still getting bills for this BOGUS CHARGE.

I highly recommend Doctor Navarro! She did my grandmothers extraction she said was very pleased. Celest the dental assistant was awesome too!
