Dr. Kopita explains medical terms/ conditions in a very understandable way. Very kind and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend.
Dr. Kopita and staff are phenomenal. They always go above and beyond. He listen to me and then created a game plan for my health. Dr. Kopita is not afraid to tell me what I should or shouldn't be doing. Mad respect for him and his staff.
If I could have given -5 stars I would have given that but google requires at least one star so I had to give 1 star which I was disappointed about.
Horrible EXPERIENCE dealing with this Doctor's office. I had a video visit that I did not want since I wanted an in-person visit due to my symptoms that I am experiencing. After waiting on the the video call for an hour still no doctor. So I called the office and was told my appointment was cancelled due to them calling to "check me in" and no one answered. Well no one answered because your office told me to login to the portal 30 mins prior to the video call.therefore I was unavailable and did not have a phone with me since it is the device I am using for the video appointment, therefore it will not allow a phone call to be made! I have used Baylor for many, many years and have never had any issues until today. I guess for specialty care I need to go to another care system cause I will not be going back to see these people again that is for sure!
Excellent Doctor and staff. Dr Kopita takes time to be sure you know everything. Very caring and so is his staff
I found Dr. Kopita to be very warm and concerned with his patients. He takes his time and performs a thorough exam.
