Jeffrey Place Healthcare Center, Waco TX

I live here at Jeffrey Place and they took care of my wife before her passing they did a wonderful job and I enjoy living here the Therapy department does a great job.

Therapy was phenomenal. Eric is the man! Nursing staff were so kind and handled my loved ones with care.

This Place is wonderful resident are so happy and staff I recommend this place to any and everyone the staff is so kind

Clean Building. Positive care and communication with Nursing Staff and caregivers. Patients enjoy participating in Therapy.

Believe it or not I used to volunteer at Jeffery's Place years ago back in my youth. I remember they took in a really nice dog named Angus. He was a really chill yellow lab that helped provide company for the residents. I always appreciated that nursing home had a dog there that helped provide company for the residents.

My Grandfather is at Jeffrey Place and the staff take wonderful care of his needs he's happy and always in a great mood Thank You Jeffrey Place Staff!

My Mom has the most wonderful and friendly staff caring for her here. Their communication is awesome. Tammy the activity director is amazing. We are grateful for all they do! I recommend Jeffrey Place with zero hesitation!

If there were 6 stars i would give them more. This staff from DON to custodian go above and beyond to making your loved one and family feel important. My dad was there for 4 months. His last 2 weeks he was on hospice and visted with him almost 24 hours a day. I was also able to see him for 2hours a day during covid which was great. This is an older facility but the love from the staff is genuine. The nurses would answer any questions I had. They would call me if they noticed something was out of the ordinary with my dad. They never once acted like they were too busy to help a resident or family member. Also I noticed the nurses would help eachother with residents not just there assigned patients. They always kept him clean, showered and Nora would give him a haircut. My dad was happy with his care there. I just wish I would have had him there from the very beginning. I had my dad at a nice looking nursing home in Hewitt, Senior Care and that place was horrible. Looked all great at first but got worse after covid and no visits. The staff took advantage of this situation. He would never recieve his showers he would go a whole 7 days without one. Staff was rude. DON was no help. They wouldn't help my dad when needed. He was a double leg amputee FALL RISK but they said he could do everything on his own if that was the case he would have been living at his own home. Finally filed a complaint with the state. During the past 5 months I heard from other people in Waco how bad Senior Care would treat thir loved ones. In all please make sure to keep track of everything your loved one experiencs in any facility and visit often. If you notice neglect and you make the DON aware and nothing is done. MOVE YOUR LOVED ONE IMMEDIATELY.
In the end I was greatly pleased with Jeffrey Place.

The staff at Jeffrey did a wonderful job with my Aunt in 2019 very knowledgeable and work well together always willing to go the extra to make sure their residents care taking care of!

I really enjoy working here i love the residents. And my co workers i just wish they would give us a raise.
