Our visit was awesome! The staff was courteous & prompt. We both were out of there under an hour. Which that never happens anywhere!
Dr Champ is nice, but he and his staff don't pay attention to their patients. ARC forces you to use the MyChart app. That is a technical way for them to ignore their patients. Even if you get through the gauntlet of the stupid app to send a prescription request or a follow-up question, you won't hear back from them. If you actually need a doctor for anything, you should find a more responsive clinic and doctor because this is NOT it.
Dr Champ and staff are always very kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and not rush the appointment.
