Xavier, Adrain, Josh, and Sankar have been great in assisting us with mitigation in our kitchen after we had some plumbing issues with one of our bathrooms.

They are professional, communicative, under your needs, polite, are on time, and have great service!

I can’t respond much to pricing because our insurance is covering the mitigation but if they do the repairs for us, then I’ll be able to comment.

Their technicians did the water mitigation in my house. On 6/1 my hot water heater burst and leaked out 50+ gal of water, flooding my living room & master bedroom. My insurance company USAA contracted Jenkins Restorations to do the water mitigation. They really did a wonderful job. I only have the names of 2 of the technicians, Brenson Henn & Quenton Kennedy. But all of them are very professional and I want to thank them for a job well done.

Xavier and Joshua went out of their way to accommodate our weird schedules. Although I hope to not need them again (water damage) I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if I did.

Lowrence and his crew Jayvon did a great job with removal of four rooms effected by the water damage taking care of the other items in the house not related to the damage. Communication was timely and we were always kept up to the progress. All the employees we encountered were pleasant and always on time.

One hears so many stories about the elderly being taken advantage of, especially when there is major work to be done to their home. As an 80 year old widow, I was quite mindful of this sad fact. From the first time I met Luke Landreville, I instinctively knew that I had made a wise decision to go with my insurance companies recommendation of Jenkins renovation! Luke was the contractor with Jenkins, and I’ve never worked with anyone that I liked more. He made suggestions that actually saved me money, unheard of in construction!
My home turned out beautifully, and I would rely on Jenkins Renovations any time I have work to be done! I would recommend them for anything. I also appreciated the way the job site was always kept clean, and orderly. This was a large job, everything was packed out of my home, and even that was done incredibly well, with each box labeled as to what was in it. Ii just can’t say enough about Jenkins and Luke, i will call them again, anytime I need work done on my home.

The Project Manager Luke Landreville was very responsive and kept us informed as we went along.

Xavier was prompt and professional at each visit. The team came back to check on the drying equipment multiple times to make sure it was doing its job. Great communication throughout—explained everything during the process and always on time. Hope to never need their services again (a flooded house is never fun), but wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

Called my insurance company to see if they could tarp or cover my wind damaged roof prior to expected rain storm at 10pm at night. They sent Jenkins restoration totake care of it.
