Jeremy Johnson, project manager at Jenkins Restorations, did a great job on our complete home restoration project. He worked with the Farmers Insurance claims adjuster (who was also excellent) to obtain approval for all the work to restore our house to a safe condition following a serious lighting strike. He spent time advocating on our behalf and demonstrating the need for certain restoration work. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, capable, genuinely nice, and throughout the project followed through on all aspects of this major restoration effort until its completion.

I contacted Jenkins for replacing some of my tiles and touch ups. Ace Portales was my contractor. He was very professional and conducted himself very knowledgeable and helpful. He even kept up with me on his vacation. I was very impressed on how he conducted himself at a very young age. He should be a very valuable employee for Jenkins. Don't let him go some where else to appreciated his expertise!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ezequiel on a job, and I must say, he is exceptional. Not only does he possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep a project on track, but his professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. I don’t normally write reviews but I am pleased to write this one! Jeremy Johnson with Jenkins Restoration has been a pleasure to work with. Mercury Insurance has been very easy to deal with and they have been very fair with me. It was a trying time when my house caught fire, but Jeremy and Mercury made a terrible experience doable. The thing is, they truly cared about my feelings and have made my house my home again. Thank you!

Everything was smooth and fast. I had extensive damage, and within a few weeks the structure was rebuilt better than it was before. Jeremy was in touch with me throughout the process and always kept me informed on the next steps. It took a couple months and I was back in a beautiful home. Professional and kept it on time and in budget.

Andrew and Alfredo have been great. Within an hour of our house flooding they were here and drying the floors. They were fast, efficient and communicative. The only downside was living with the loud fans for a week, but that was out of everyone’s control. They stuck to their word and kept me updated on when theyd be arriving. Besides the loud fans and the initial flooding it’s been a really seem less process.

Jenkins Restoration was great to work with. The employees were respectful, prompt, and professional. They took care of our restoratiin in record time. Highly recommend!

Our utility room ceiling collapsed last night from a clogged AC DRAIN PIPE, I called insurance company and they sent Georgio Stanfield to our home this morning! Georgio was very very professional, knowledgeable and no question that we asked went unanswered! He will have our estimate by 3pm today to see if we need to initiate a claim with home owners. I highly recommend this company, but especially Georgio Standfield

Asael was great! He and his crew stayed in touch throughout and worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. Very pleased and would definitely recommend and use them again!
