Jennifer Breazeale, MD reviews
3Wonderful doctor… friendly, honest and listens to all my concerns and helps me understand what my options are for me to get to my goals on what I am able to do to start a family… She did an amazing job on my laparoscopic myomectomy… My surgery incisions are healing evenly and clean I can barely tell it’s there… Thank you Doc and great staff for the outstanding work yall do…
I noticed the reviews for this Provider are mostly 2+ years old, so I’d like to give some recent experience and feedback.
Dr. Breazeale as a provider is way overbooked. Appointments consistently run at least 1 and a half hours behind. Once you do see her, she is always playing catch up and never takes the time to see how her patients are actually doing. She does not have good bed side manners, often answers phone calls in the middle of your 3 minute time slot with her and then will end your appointment without answering any questions you may have. You are just a number, not a valued patient. If you experience any abnormalities in test/bloodwork, good luck getting any explanations, follow up or answers in any kind of timely manner from her or her entire team. If you are a first time mom, I highly do not recommend this practice.
After spending 20 minutes on the phone going over insurance information, I was told the next available appointment was February, 2024. Seriously. The scheduler asked why I was calling and I told her before going over all the insurance hoopla, why on earth would I want to wait until February, 2024 for a well woman's exam. Why not state that at the outfront? Ridiculous.
