Updating the rating after the recent visits and Kiki has been helping us and she is absolutely amazing. Dr. Gulick is great and we are happy with her. If at all we cant talk to Kiki for any reason, things are same as in my earlier review and we simply call back to talk to Kiki:)

I cannot rate below this. I would rate 3* to the doctor as we have not yet been able to establish. The rating is for the front office staff and their systems (scheduling, reminders, even fax, etc.). Their office staff do not care about you or your personal schedules they are so ignorant and their systems are literally from Y2K generation if you know what I mean. No online or patient portal and if you have two appointments you get the reminder for one and the other is simply lost. The office staff then says you didn’t get your first appointment so we cannot see you today. We had to reschedule multiple times and the office staff is unhelpful at best. We never had to deal with such poorly managed practice. We will probably look for other practice where things are more better managed and the people really care people. Dr. Gulick - If you start losing or already lost patients, give all the credits to your front office staff.

Dr. Gulick saw me urgently for a new concern, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Jennifer Gulick delivered my second boy 2 months back and she was very supportive, kind and caring all through out this journey. The team is very compassionate and she always answered my questions in a polite manner and kept me well informed of all the procedures. Am very grateful to her for being such a kind and friendly person.

Amazing doctor! She genuinely cares for pple! Her staff is amazing as well! It’s also super fast and easy to get an appointment. They never disappoint, been going for years now.
