I recently made the switch to State Farm after feeling intimidated by the prospect of changing insurance carriers after many years with my previous provider. TOTALLY incompetent agent. State Farm is a great company, but somehow they let this agent through. I could write a book about their poor service, but instead I filed a complaint with the Dept.of Insurance.

-Had two properties insured with State Farm.
-Inquired about her high rates and she cancelled my primary residence policy without me ever putting it in writing. She said I cancelled, but oddly enough she only cancelled the policy on the house I had a pending claim.
-Never received a cancellation notice. Only found out when State Farm denied coverage. Again, really odd since my other property was not cancelled.
-Took over a year to get a refund and they sent the check to an address they NEVER insured and I had not lived at for 7 years.
-Based on experience, I finally did cancel policy at other property. SHE STILL CHARGED ME FOR NEARLY 2 YEARS via auto-payment. (I guess I should have paid more attention there)
-PUT IN WRITING MY CANCELLATION and personally spoke to both Bianka and Ms. Webb.
-They sent me a partial payment for refund. I deposited it AND THEN SHE PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON IT BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP AND DID NOT PROCESS THE ENTIRE CREDIT. I have the stop payment notice.
-Received verification from State Farm ion cancellation and refund. STILL NO PAYMENT!

State Farm is a great company, but every big company has their WORST representative and Mds, Webb and her agency in my opinion, and based on experience, are the ABSOLUTE WORST. There are dozens of local State Farm agents.use them, NOT Ms. Webb.

PS: Ms, Webb, if you are reading this, please try and dispute any of these facts with details to the contrary.you cannot. And, you still have not refunded the premiums you stole and now I have a stop payment fee from my bank.

Still owes me over $3,500! Never signed up for this agent. Was assigned by State Farm. Called to cancel agency and get a new one from State Farm and she got salty. Cancelled my policy. Only found out last week when I filed a claim. Denied claim and still have never refunded my premiums. Filed complaint against them with Dept. Of Insurance. Lot’s of great State Farm agents. JUST NOT THIS ONE
