Was told that she’d be open on Saturday and it even says that it’s open until 3 yet when I arrived it is completely closed. Never answers the phone either.

It usually takes 2 weeks for any simple alterations.
However they do a good job with reasonable price.

I brought 3 pairs of pants in on a Monday for alterations in the length and Jenny's had them done exactly the way I wanted them by Friday afternoon. Each employee I encountered was professional, polite and accommodating to my picky-ness. Thanks Jenny's! I'll be back for all future alteration needs!

I need to get some alterations done, but before I finished explaining what I needed the employee cut me off and told me what the turn around time was and told me that they couldn't help me. I said okay and I tried to circle back to what I needed done and got cut off saying she was too busy. I asked if there was another place she could recommend and she literally just walked away without another word.

In the end I recommend BDO Alterations.

Tina was so helpful. Normal turnaround is 2 weeks, but she made an exception since I was in a time crunch. Did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

I went to take something that needed to be sewn. It was a little rip maybe an inch long. The lady said it was gonna take days! I thought maybe just an hour at most but no. Will never go there again.

Needed a pretty intense alteration to a bridesmaid dress (it was HUGE) and not only did it come out AMAZING, but her prices were VERY reasonable, and her turnaround time was under a week and a half. Highly recommend Jenny's!

Seems like the lady Is in a hurry to get you in and out as fast as she can, but she did do good work.
