IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. WHERE IS THE CAKE LADY LOCATED! UGH! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. THE CAKE I ORDER I WAAAY SMALLER THAT WHAT I ORDERED. THEY SAY THAT I SERVES UP TO 30 PEOPLE, AND IMMEDIATELY WHEN I SAW THE CAKE I KNEW IT WASNT GOING TO VE ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE. I WISH I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT BECAUSE I WOULD WALKED THE HECK OUT OF THE DOOR. NOW THIS IS AN EMBARRASSING MOMENT WHEN I SHOW I WITH THIS CAKE. 30 PEOPLE WILL ONLY GET A VERY SMALL PIECE THANKS TO THIS Horrible bakery! Btw $165 isnt cheap

Not only did they do the cake that I wanted but I needed the cake in four days they had it done on time and the cake looked beautiful and tasted great

Absolutely horrible place. They got my order wrong, and instead of trying to fix it, they started to argue with me. Worst costumer service I have experienced in my entire life.

I lived in Europe for 5 years and your tiramisu is the REAL DEAL. It is delicious, creamy and amazing mascarpone cheese.

Wanted to order a cake. Walked in. There were two people walking around. One was helping with what looked to be a bridal cake. The other was in and out of the back. Apparently she was trying to get the order ready for the other lady that had walked in prior to me. I could hear what sounded like things sliding in and out of oven and microwave. I understand you are busy but it only takes one second to ask if II needed something or I will be with you in a minute. We were completely ignored. We Stood there for at least 15 minutes when I finally decided if you don’t have the courtesy to acknowledge my existence then I don’t have any desire to spend my money here. Very poor customer service!

We were so disappointed the thumb print so hard took back cheesecake bites terrible so creamy in a bad way was going to order cake for baby shower will not be doing that

Wonderful Bakery, the cakes are awesome. We have had my grandsons Birthday cakes made by this bakery for the past 4 years. All of them have been themed cakes and all have met our expectations. They have other goodies you can get also. The owner and her employees are so pleasant and easy to work with. They truly aim to please.

Jenny's Bakery is the absolute best bakery i have ever used. First and foremost their cakes, cupcakes, cake balls, and everything else they sell that i have tried has been wonderful. I have been using their bakery for years. So why the reason for the glowing review today. Because Jenny's Bakery Too! Saved the day today by preparing me an graduation cake for my son in 2 hours, because i drop the ball on ordering the cake. The cake looks like i order it weeks ago.

Everyone that i have dealt with at Jenny's Bakery is very professional and courteous with great attention to detail. This is my go to bakery decorative and tasty cakes.

The moment you walk in, you'll think you're in heaven! Liz (person attending us) was the most professional, helpful, kind and sweet person I've come across in a while. She wasn't rushing me, she offered samples and showed me different size pans. Because of all this, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. Thank you

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Please take your money elsewhere! I purchased a cake for my husband's 40th birthday party, and what an embarrassment! There was no pride in their work and my cake was rushed! I asked for them to remake the cake because my event wasn’t until 9pm, and it was only 3pm. I was told no because they have a wedding to prepare for? Jenny refused to give me $250 out of the $350 back that I paid. I should have received all of my money back, but I was willing to let her keep $100. She only offered $100 back at first, then she agreed to $175 back. Then she and her sister acted so nasty towards me and said that I can do whatever I want, when I asked for $250 or I would post a bad review. Her sister tried to take the $175 check back. They were yelling, and wouldn't let me show my pictures or comments from others about how horrible this cake looked. I could have done a better job! My husband's party was ruined from this cake having to be on display. They don't deserve 1 star! I have to figure out how to post pictures real soon.

I absolutely loved my cake. The price was the lowest out of 2 other companies, the cable was marble, and it was soft and moist. I would definitely recommend, and this was my first time using them.

WOST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I order a custom Harley Davidson Cake for my husband's surprise birthday party. When I arrived I was greeted by a couple of teenagers. One of them eventually found my cake and presented it to me. I opened the box and was speechless. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The basic square cake was uneven. The frosting was not smooth and the orange flames looked like my three year old nephew and his preschool class placed them on the cake they were broken and looked like chicken claws instead of the flames on the picture.

I immediately asked for a manager and one was called because all of the adults were at the other location. Once on the phone the manager suggested I drive an additional 20 minutes to their other location so that her mother could fix the problem. I advised her I could not do that because of time. I asked if she could send her delivery driver to pick it up from their store and once corrected, deliver it to the venue she stated "we don't deliver downtown. " I was stunned at her lack of compassion and willingness to go above and beyond to correct this hideous cake. After going back and forth with her with no resolve I handed the phone to my cousin because my eyes began to water and I could feel the anger building inside. My cousin asked if they could cut the cake so that it could be served without the guests seeing the shoddy detail. She advised no. The manager then insisted to her that we would not be able to get the cake for free which was not what we were asking I was not willing to pay the remaining balance. PERIOD! The manager then (after more back and forth) agreed to refund my initial deposit of $52. I gladly accepted and left the store with a few hours to spare in search for a replacement cake. Thank goodness for Nothing Bundt Cake. They didn't have the Harley Davidson images but the orange happy birthday and the flowers were perfect. I will NEVER drive pass the place again and I surely won't buy anything from them. EVER! If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

I ordered my nephew's graduation cake from here and it was sooo good! I will definitely be using them again.

I have ordered for many different occasions from here and they never disappoint! Not only are the cakes beautiful, but they taste amazing! I actually live 40 miles away from the location and have no problem driving the distance. I would recommend this bakery to any one having a special occasion or any occasion that requires sweets.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter in June and it was horrible! I paid extra to be double layer cake and it was only one layer. The design was nice but the icing was so thick and too sweet for everyone who had the cake that day I ended throwing it away. Fifty dollar half sheet cake wasted.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I hired this company for my wedding cake and we called the day of the make sure they would be on time and they sounded very frantic but assured us they would be there on time. When they arrived with the cake they took the layers out and told us all we needed to do was put it together.we told them we weren’t trained to do that and that’s why we hired them. The woman put it together as quickly as she could and left. The cake looked nothing like what we asked for.

Long story short, seems like they forgot about my cake and pulled one out of the freezer. Days after the wedding we explained our frustration in hopes of getting a refund and they refused. I do not recommend ever using this bakery!

This bakery is by far the best in SE Houston area. I go the one in Pearland and it’s just as delicious as the Nassau Bay location! There is magic in their cake batter and icing. I love the moistness, flavor and freshness of the cakes and cup cakes. I order one just to eat myself (after dinner of course).
