Diagnosed à UTI, prescribed med, and now recovering from a miserable ailment. Very positive experience at Doctor's office.

I always enjoy visiting Jeremiah Bast, FNPC. He is easy to talk to and no matter what you may ask (that may seem awkward) he makes it easy and comfortable to discuss. Plus his office is quick and efficient, you dont have to wait for 45 mins in a waiting room and then go to a room for another 30 mins like “most other doctors office”. Thats why doctors laughingly call us “their patients”….

Mr Jeremiah Bast always provides me very detailed explanations regarding the PSA results. His input allows me focus to lower the PSA rate to below 4.

Was interested with my concern. Did do a great job on making sure there was no underlying issues so he made sure to look further.

Why ask patients to update info on-line before appointment and then ask them to give the same info again in writing at the appointment?

Staff is wonderful but the Dr just wants to keep adding medication and not do any testing to find out exactly what we are treating

Dr Bast/ nurse great but the receptionist Amanda very rude our Mom resides in a facility therefore we dnt say it 2 loud it upsets Mom who suffers dementia didn't appreciate Amanda approach when U wk up frnt suppose 2 greet patients make them feel welcome not a bother

Jeremiah Bast and his staff, especially his nurse, are extremely professional. I have been seeing NP Bast since he took over for Dr. White. He answers all my questions and will suggest alternative therapy or medications upon request. I have had trouble getting medication approved by my insurance in the past and his nurse works diligently to get it approved. I would highly recommend NP Bast and his staff!

There was hardly any wait time I was treated very friendly I was happy and satisfied with my visit. Look forward to my next appointment I know that I will be taking care of, real good doctor real good staff.

The staff was very courteous. Didn’t have to wait long. The Dr was very professional and kind.

My dad has dementia and Jeremiah Bast made jokes with him, laughed with him, and made my dad feel safe talking to a “new” guy. When I was pushing my dad’s wheelchair out towards the elevator, I heard my dad chuckling and said “I like that doc! ”. Says a lot to me. Thank you!

Mr. Bast and his nurse are just the greatest. No discomfort and they worked carefully to get my meds tuned in just right. They are phenomenal people.

One thing for sure Dr. Bast is a very efficient and thorough physician and knows his business. I've never had to wait to be seen longer than 15 minutes, with the nurses knowing exactly what to do when following procedures ordered by the doctor. And I must add the cleanliness and sanitary operation thereto is unsurpassed by any standards.
Definitely 5 star if I were to rate the DeTar Urology department along with the doctors and staff, in which I'd not hesitate to recommend.
