Jerry Jungels - State Farm Insurance Agent, Cypress TX

We have been with State Farm for many years. We have had to rely on our insurance several times and the coverage was just what we needed. Jo Ann Lakadosch is always helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure we have just what we need and no superfluous expenses. When our usual State Farm office closed and we moved to Jerry Jungels location they made the transition seamless so we never had to worry about insurance.

I have been a State Farm customer for many years. I have never encountered anyone who was not professional, courteous, friendly, etc. ; in any office I had business dealings with. The same and even more goes for staff of this office. Like other reviewers have said, it is like dealing with family, etc. I would especially like to express my appreciation to Johnna. Not only is she professional and kind and all the wonderful adjectives to describe a great employee, she even listens to my babbling.

Great insurance agency! They are very professional, knowledgeable and they treated me like family. From taking my initial call when I phoned, they were very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate Jo Ann who took the time to explain the policy and the knowledge she has with insurance.
