We had a great experience with Jerry Whittle Boats. Our salesperson, Chad, was fair, honest and upfront with us.no high pressure tactics! Elizabeth was great helping us get good financing. And then, when we went to pick up the boat, Monty and Jean Luc were very informative on our orientation ride. Great dealership!

I'd like to give 5 stars to William and Olie in the parts department. I was looking for a hard to find connector for my small outboard and these guys came through for me in a big way. Thank you guys! If and when I need anything, you guys will be my first call!

They were very respectful great service good prices and got done what we needed done fast. God is back on the water today.

We have loved the customer service from Jerry Whittle Boats! Our experience has been nothing but professionalism in a COVID-crazed summer of boats flying off the floor and busy times. Gary Carpenter, Elizabeth, Monti, And Jean Luc have given white glove service and response to questions/issues we have had for getting exactly what we wanted in a boat, smooth paperwork, excellent delivery and prompt help with a gas tank filling issue. Great team and great people. Will be back one day but, if all goes well with our new boat, not for a very long time!

Freaking stoked about the new boat. Exactly what we needed at a very fair price. No haggling with Chad. The boat was complete including life jackets, dock bumpers, cover, trailer and lots more. Nothing was skimped on. The trailer is just as awesome as the Stingray 236cc I purchased. I'm not new to fishing or boats. It's a large purchase but well worth the enjoyment we're gonna get year after year.

I have waited until everything was complete and final and our first few rides on our new Trifecta were under our belt. Because surely nothing would go as smooth as this had!

We were looking to upgrade from our first pontoon because we came to realize this is something we love to do and the one we had just wasn't meeting our needs. We started our search with few dealers, one in Rockwall, one in Plano and another 2 in Lewisville. Luckily our search did not stop with any of these.

We are a younger couple, were not set on the brand, knew we would be looking at the trade in value and were getting the feeling from salesmen that they didn't have a lot of interest in spending much time w/ us. Let me tell you as soon as we walked into JW Gary greeted us and made us feel right at home. He is not that pushy, overbearing salesman that makes me just want to turn and walk out the door. He is passionate about the brand of boats he sells and took time to show us registration statistics and details that the manufacturer focuses on. We immediately knew we were where we wanted to be for our new purchase. Gary impressed us by offering to move over our sound system to our new Trifecta which was such a weight off of our shoulders too.

Elizabeth in financing was amazing to work with (she is a animal lover too which was just a extra bonus for us!) and she was very responsive especially considering we were undergoing this process during their peak season. She found us a great interest rate and Gary gave us a great deal for our trade in so we were ready to get papers signed.

Nope.not yet.something we thought was just a absolute wonderful service, before you sign papers they take you on a test drive w/ your boat. Monty and his assistant took us out to the lake and showed us around the boat, showed how the equipment worked and had my husband do the test drive. It went great so off we were to sign papers.

Keeping in mind this is just the Sat.before Memorial weekend they went above and beyond to make sure they had our boat delivered to our slip in time for the holiday. Monty went the extra mile by dropping our boat off on his way home one evening!

This was my 4th boat purchase and it went phenomenally. Vaughn Whittle was very easy to work with and we were in and out of there in no time on the day of delivery. The day we decided to buy he gave me a date and time to test drive the boat. They went through it changing the oil, impeller, and made sure everything worked. I mentioned a couple of things when I looked at the boat initially and they fixed all of them. On the test run, we found a few things to fix and before I was done with the paperwork, they were fixed and my truck was hooked up to the boat. I don't remember the gentleman's name that we test drove with, but he really hooked us up.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used boat. Excellent service and I will be back there again.

2 words. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. I live about 3 hours from this dealership but I view their website a lot. I found a pontoon I was very interested in and called them the next day. Vaughn was nothing but helpful working this deal out over the phone and through email even though I was far away. They treated me how I customer should be treated and the service department is A-1, they installed 2 fish finders and a trolling motor on my pontoon in a matter of a few hours after signing paperwork on it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking to buy a boat
