These guys are great for dealing with our Doge Durango and soon our Jeep Grand Cherokee as well. They chased down an issue with failed hydraulic motor mounts (who designed those anyway?) and are now swapping notoriously difficult under-seat batteries.

Will definitely be back again.

I have been a customer of Jerry's for years, and I'll never go anywhere else! I always get the best services for the best price. Unlike the dealership, and every other repair shop I've been to, they don't talk down to me just because I'm a woman. They are thorough and efficient. And quick! Even if a part has to be ordered, it never takes long. You can trust that you won't get the run around here, and you won't be over charged or sold services you don't need. They take the time to explain every service and part. They will even show you on your vehicle what the issue is. I've gone in for a check engine light, turned out a cable was loose. They didn't charge me. Did I mention that they're the best? The absolutely are! They care about the safety of you and your vehicle! I'm so greatful that this terrific group of people exist and so is my wallet.

When you count on your car to get you to work reliably; when you need your car to be safe for your family; when you don’t want to give your hard earned money to fools that break your car, then come to Jerry’s. They have been my exclusive car guys for 6 years. They do everything right the first time and for a very reasonable price. They know me by name and they know my cars. My car now has 270k miles and still running smooth, wife’s van now us more than 150k miles also with zero probs. We take our cars to Jerry’s, that’s our only secret.

Friendly and courteous service. The manager explained my options well. Reasonably priced and fixed my issue when they said it was going to be fixed.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've always felt intimidated going to auto shops in the past but I don't feel that way going to Jerry's. They are honest, reliable & professional.

They did not want to work on my vehicle due to it being over 20 years old. I would assume that a vehicle from the 70's would be an easy fix due to the low if not exempt amount of electronic applications.
All I needed was an oil pan gasket replacement and a new clutch. This is an extensive job that requires the removal of the engine and trans. It definitely would have cost a couple of thousand dollars. They did not want to take on the work. I'm not sure if they are real mechanics or just parts replacers with a computer and you tube videos.

I do know a lot of shops use an online program that prices out jobs. The program tells the shop how long it should take to do a job. They will charge for how long th job takes not how long they actually worked on it. They also use the listed price for auto parts not the price paid. (Check your receipt when you buy items from an auto parts store. You will see actual price and discount price)

They also charge you the listed price for parts and not what you actually pay for. Be aware that when they say that they can't warranty the parts if you buy them yourself is only because they don't have your receipt.

(Parts can be warrantied with a receipt as applicable per the instructions on said receipt)

I've used Jerry's for around fifteen years and they have proven to be competent in dealing with my auto maintenance needs and completely ethical. I highly recommend them.

Jerry’s automotive is an honest and very reasonably priced automotive repair shop! I previously took my car to Firestone because I heard a knocking noise on the drivers side of my car. After inspection, they concluded my tires were cupping and my control arms were damaged: cost estimate was around ~$2000 for new control arms and a new set of tires. Because the prices were too high, I decided to get an estimate and a second opinion somewhere else. After having my car inspected at Jerry’s, they came to the conclusion that I needed my engine mount repaired as well as a new wheel bearing (with a couple other recommendations) : cost estimates listed at ~$1000. I decided to just get the wheel bearing replaced to get rid of that knocking noise and I believe the quote for that was about $700 (this was with an additional part that might’ve needed to be replaced with the wheel bearing). It only took about a day and a half to repair and when I got the final bill, it was just $512! Jerry automotives’ honesty, integrity, and very reasonable prices make it undoubtably the best automotive repair shop that I’ve ever been to in DFW.

So far so good I've had one car worked on there once and another car worked on there twice and they seem to do pretty good work

Great service, went in for inspection, it was done in no time. I also came out with a brand new rear wiper for my vehicle. They are very helpful and kind, and the best thing, they open at 7: 00 am

Super friendly and helpful. They helped fix my car fast and were patient when listening to my questions.

I did not have a good experience. They could not get to the car for days to find out they couldn't fix it. Quotes for other work were outrageous. I've given them two chances with two different cars and I was very disappointed both times. There are plenty of better choices in this area.

I lost my debit card at the rodeo in Fort Worth and a few weeks later Julian from Jerry’s called and said he’d found it and offered to mail it to us 90 miles away. Within days we received it via Priority Mail, and he didn’t let us compensate him. Although we didn’t get our car worked on, I can vouch for Julian’s care and integrity. Thank you again!

Jerry's is a great place to take your car when you need maintenance or problems solved. Honest, fair, with great communication, you won't be disappointed.

Mike was friendly and prompt, and I was able to get my suv annually inspected in about 10 minutes. They’re quick and personable here, and what more could you ask for? I recommend them!
