Jerry's Hyundai, Weatherford TX

I understand waiting on an appointment to get your car in for service. I understand waiting on parts to arrive after they have been ordered. Once the part arrived, they sat on it for two weeks and we wait more! What I don’t understand and don’t appreciate is no communication or communication that says it will be done and then it doesn’t and I was the one who had to call only to find out they didn’t work on it. Their communication is not good at all and neither is their commitment to fast and friendly service!

Helped my daughter buy a car this weekend. We went to a Hyundai dealership in Granbury first. Big mistake! They added $7k to the sticker of the vehicle plus added $595 for nitrogen in the tires. She was treated horribly from start to finish. She was told the red Elantra she wanted was the only one around. Sent her to Jerry’s Hyundai and it was like night and day! Joanna Brabson helped her and treated her with respect. If you need a Hyundai you won’t find a sweeter, kinder person than her. The managers were great and fair and so was the finance guy. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Oh and she got her red Elantra. Turns out there was another one only 30 miles away! Lol. Stay away from the Hyundai in Granbury!

Francisco was not only the most respectful and friendly salesperson we’ve ever dealt with (and we have bought A LOT of cars), he did amazing at getting the deal we wanted. After being at a different Hyundai dealership earlier in the day, it was nice to have someone treat you friendly and with respect. Needless to say the dealership that told us to call around to every dealership in the US and they were all marking them up $15,000 didn’t know we could call one right down the road and get it for the price we wanted. The whole experience buying with Jerry’s was great. From the sales to the finance. Will highly recommend!

This review is almost 11 months after my purchase. I'm doing this now because of what was happened last week. I bought my Sonata in January 2021. Everyone know what was going on at that time. I DID NOT want to spend hours in the dealership. Francisco emailed me several times after my initial inquiry, one email listed the cars available. I selected the car I wanted and we did as much as we could by phone. In less than 2 hours, I arrived at the dealership and was driving off the lot an hour later. Mike in finance was also awesome and was key in helping get things done quickly and efficiently. Well, last week was my birthday and Francisco made the effort to call and wish me a happy birthday. This is 10 months after my purchase. That's un heard of and proof that they are not just about the money. Jerry's is a large dealership with small family owned vibes. The customer service is worth the 45 minute drive for car maintenance that I will now be doing. They have a customer for life!

Friendly and courteous. Everyone at this location treated us promptly and professionally. We enjoyed our experience.

My car had an engine problem, they also told me that they did not have rental cars for me, so I do not have a car and also pay $$ monthly for that car that I do not drive.

I have been going to Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, TX, for years and would highly recommend them to anyone based on their quality of work and their fine customer service. I take my car there for everything from the basics such as an oil change to, "Hey, what's that funny sound I'm hearing. " Their waiting room is clean and comfortable and their employees are prompt and friendly.

If you find a car you like on this lot, ask for Bobby! Truly a genuine guy who went out of his way to help us get into a used car. Not your typical car salesman!

If I could give them 30 more stars, I would. Shopping at Jerry's Hyundai was hands-down the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Jason Bailey was the most helpful, supportive salesman, and he did everything in his power to make sure I found the right vehicle for me. He even got on the phone with another dealership to help me get the best deal I could when I was looking at other vehicles. He really takes care of his customers and ensures that they buy the right vehicle for them. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Would absolutely recommend Jerry's to anyone shopping for vehicles!

I just recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and worked with Francisco Sicairos. Francisco had my vehicle of choice pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived. He spent a great amount of time making me comfortable with all the features of the vehicle. Francisco had a great attitude and energy from start to finish.

I breezed through finance (came with my own, but ended up getting a better rate through theirs) without any high pressure pushes for additional packages I didn't want. They offered some interesting options (I did take the GAP, that has been useful on more than one occasion) but didn't push hard if I declined anything else. I was in and out of there in about 2.5 hours including vehicle familiarization, test drive and finance. Would highly recommend Jerry's Hyundai to anyone!

I came, in desperate need of a vehicle as mine had been totalled and our salesman Tony, really helped get me into a vehicle I could afford with no pressure. The whole staff was just there to help us and I appreciate them so much. The man in finance, Mike, was amazing helping get us full warranty coverage at a really great price. After totalling my car it was much needed and appreciated. Love this staff from salesmen, management, and finance.

I definitely will be back to this dealership. They aren't pushed for a sale but the warranties are amazing and so that being said we couldn't beat it any where.

We were in a desperate situation as my 3 month old car was recently totaled. We checked every dealership in DFW and no other salesperson would even call us back. Every other dealer is really taking advantage of the situation right now with car values. Jerry's was able to provide us with a great deal and exceptional service. Francisco is the only salesperson you should contact if you want to be treated with respect and kindness. He even offered to deliver the car to us after it's detailed since we drove so far to get this deal. We truly appreciate people that maintain decency while others get more greedy.
