Kareem is crushing it solo! He was working on an order with 12+ Sandwiches and still got my #42 out faster than any other store I’ve been in. This man deserves a raise or bonus. He was friendly and on top of his game.

There’s a manager that’s always in there and he’s one of the worst managers they have in that store, everytime i walk in there he’s always on his phone watching basketball.i had no choice but to give this place a one star, if it was up to me i’d give it a -100000 star.and he needs to treat his employees better and help out smh

Was impressed with their subs. Makes the other place (not even in contention). This is my to go place now. Taste better and are even bigger.

No one had a clue what to do. I ordered a Club Supreme like I always do at the Spid Location. They did not put bacon or Mayo on sandwich. Clueless. How are they working there? We will never go back to this location. Thanks for terrible service.

I purchased a catering order for a staff luncheon. Everyone was happy with the quality and quantity of the sandwiches. I lost the receipt and store staff worked quickly to find me a copy. Staff was polite and respectful throughout the transactions! Highly recommend this location!

I love this location! The employees are so kind and welcoming, especially one guy that always makes my sandwich just how I like it, Kareem I believe his name is? My food is always exceptional and delicious!

Ordered online 3 subs. 2 giants on rosemary parmasean bread. Both came on white bread. One of the giants I paid for extra meat, but just got the usual amount of meat. Asked for no tomatoes, there were 4 tomatoe slices. Very frustrating to special order only to get home and find its wrong!

I just love the sanwgiches from Jersey Mike's! I especially love the Rosemary parmesan bread! The manager, Kareem, at Staples location is very kind and accommodating. This is my goto store for family and work meals! Try it!

Food here is always on time with online pick up, order is always wrong and really dry, staff and cook are always rude, save your money and go to the Ennis Joslin Jersey Mikes.

The staff at this location has always been exceptional. And the sandwiches are delicious. Today I am witness to a staffer who had come in on his off day to help with inventory, but when the lunch rush came he did not hesitate to jump in and help his team (with the friendliest attitude). That is leadership!

I don’t know who keeps moving the location of this Jersey Mike’s but they have been up there by the Chipotle for a while now. Great service despite low staff!

This Sandwich shop is a little bit on the expensive side, but the old expression comes to mind, "you get what you pay for". I have never been disappointed in a sandwich here. The ingredients are fresh, the meat is cut right in front of you. The flavor is great. The Turkey and Provolone Mike's Way is healthy and tasty, I like the cheese steak here as well. A good stop if you're in the mood for a good sandwich.

After we received a wrong order from a delivery my father went to return the subs upon arriving he saw that the person in question at the register was the owner of said restaurant and the owner was apparently really bad physical condition beat up to like he had a really bad day but he helped us get our food in order he was very kind and patient when he deserved to be commended to the highest degree. Turns out it was something to do with delivery drivers revolting or something I don't know but whatever that guy went through that day he didn't deserve it God bless that man we need more like him

I never leave reviews on sandwiches but my philly cheese steak was so well made today! Very generous with the meat and toppings!

The manager (from what he told me his name was josh) was very rude and snappy to me and customers behind me and I even saw him being rude to another employee that was just doing his job! Very bad customer service on his part and very unprofessional and embarrassing to be treating his employee poorly in front of customers

Best sandwich shop in town. Incredibly fresh, quality ingredients. Ive tried their roast beef and jersey shore subs. Will be going back for cheesesteaks

Food was disgusting. Had Philly cheese steak. Actually vomited. Tasted spoiled. NEVER AGAIN.

Staff was really nice and extremely fast making sandwiches. Probably the fastest I've ever experienced at Jersey Mike's. Food was excellent per usual.
