Jersey Mike's Subs, Plano TX

Me and my wife stopped in to get a couple sandwiches early this morning for a picnic. WOW the best sandwiches I've ever had the two ladies are Awsome this morning July 1st 2023 made our day. 10 stars

The workers here are obviously experienced in pushing out solid sandwiches whether they’re on menu or with substitutions (and I require a good amount of substitutions) keep up the good work y’all! Ask for Janeese!

Food was exactly as ordered online, and on time. I had to wait a couple of minutes because I was early. I had called in and requested a specific time. Customer service was friendly and accommodating which you don't find everywhere these days. The store was clean and the employees did not seem stressed or hurried. They were friendly and appeared to all have their part to do and they did it. Refreshing lunch break all around.

Very pricey but very good sandwiches! I'd picked Jersey Mike's over Subway any day! The staff was very nice and fast! Keep up the great work!

All around better than subway. Great service, friendly people and awesome selection. Love this place. Plus, download their app. You'll get a free sandwich and drink for free. Love it.

Friendly staff, and always attentive. The food at this location is by far the best. Hats off to this franchise, the best one in the metroplex.

For anyone that still thinks Subway is good, had over to Jersey Mike's for a real sub! The Italian is awesome - order is Mike's way with the spicy pepper relish

The Philly Cheesesteak is the business. The first time I went, I got a regular size. Yesterday, I got a GIANT.and all I could eat was a regular. My man doesn't care for cheese steak, but he likes Jersey Mike's. Also, my son left his thermos on our first visit, and wouldn't you know, they still had it. Sitting is a place where people can see it. I think anybody else would have thrown it away. 5 days past between my visits.

Still not overly impressed. Second time I've eaten at this chain, both times not my choice. Nothing special.

Janeese is incredible! In this day and age to have someone who works that hard and cares that much.

I got a pickup order and she was working so hard to have it ready. Just amazing!

Their advertising claims they either slice the cold cuts with each order or they cook the various hot sandwiches while you wait.it's true. I found both the Italian or Cheese Steak sandwiches to be excellent. They really are worth giving them a try

I ordered on line and decided to dine in (10/21/22 4pm). My sub was delicious and made exactly how I ordered it. The staff was super friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to this location.

I had forgotten JMs was near me, until I passed by and was reminded I wanted to try it. I absolutely love that they cut everything right at order, and the service is fast and efficient. They know how to build a sandwich there. I used to patron a different sub chain because it was close and familiar, but now I am happy to drive a little extra for the satisfaction of having a better sandwich. I've tried 4 of their subs so far and haven't been disappointed yet.

First time here, overall I'd say 3.5 stars. I had the Super Sub. I give it 4 stars. Taste was good, but not great. Just a hint of vinegar flavor, not a noticeable amount of olive oil. The right amount of meat, but tomato slices were super thin, so barely any. Same with the cheese, too thin, barely any. Wheat bread was decent but nothing great. I wanted to try the seeded Italian but it wasn't offered at this location.

Wife and daughter got a Philly Cheesesteak and Chipotle Cheesesteak. Probably just 3 stars. The bread was a disappointment. Yes, it's the same as they used on cold subs, but a cheesesteak needs something a bit more hefty. This roll was just overwhelmed by the meat and cheese, although the meat was admittedly a decent portion. Also, the only cheese option was American, which is not our preference. Strange, because they have Provolone for cold subs, they just don't offer it for the cheesesteaks.

We ordered takeout, so can't comment on the dining room. It was also mid-afternoon, so not at all busy and order was done promptly.

So yeah, overall 3.5 stars. Not sure I'd try Jersey Mike's again, depends on my mood, but I'm not in a hurry, that's for sure.

I went to this location two days ago and got a salad for my wife and my usual Italian. When I got home we tried them and they were awful. I called the location and spoke to the assistant mgr who told me that as long as I brought either the food up or receipt I could get a refund. I went to the location by my house to have them fix it because go here all the time and they never get it wrong. We ended up paying for that. So we wanted the refund so we could even it out. I went today and the manager told me he could only remake the items. He couldn’t give me a refund, not what the assistant mgr said. So we took the loss because it was that bad. So disappointed. I’ll continue going to the location in McKinney but will never return to this Plano location.

I love the subs and the atmosphere! Everytime I would come in the employees would be singing along to what's playing on the speaker but lately that hasn't been so. Kinda brings down the energy of the place and makes me sad. Bring it back please my pic below of the back of the store, even the sky God's angels need to hear them!
