Jersey Mike's Subs, Webster TX

Provided excellent customer service, this was a sub that I thought was delicious. Also giving the gluten free option, was great! Thank you Jersey Mike's for a wonderful Sub!

Love jersey mikes but the service i received today was absolutely terrible. Manager on duty was super rude to me because their card reader wasn’t working correctly, and they didn’t have Apple Pay set up. He caught an attitude and told my bf and i both if we just wanted to miss out on the meal because we didn’t have the money. He literally told us his chip wasn’t working or the Apple Pay because their system went down yesterday. Not a coincidence it’s not working now either.
Wouldn’t even try to restart it or see if something was wrong on his end. Just got irate and started raising his voice at me.
And when i tried to show him the money was in the account he said they couldn’t look at it. Overall a douchebag.
Money was in the account, no issue on our end.
Ended up having cash in the car and paid that way.

I wrote this review based on having to wait wayyyyy too long on a ubereats order (mind you, they order ahead of time) and when i arrived, they didnt even START the order.lucky for ME, the customer was patient.

If you don't get it Mike's way don't get it anyway! Never eaten a bad sandwich here.service is always great the restaurant is always very clean.the only downfall, they have Pepsi products.

Joshua was working today by himself and made the best sandwiches and cookies I have ever had at Jersey Mike's ever. His customer service is unmatched. If he isn't running this store he definitely should be promoted. Best experience ever.

This crew tonight was miserable. Grill was shut down around 8: 45. I understand you close at 9.2 guests were wanting hot sandwiches and the guy said no, I already cleaned the grill.

I will never order from here again! I could have died by swallowing this metal part. I ordered a steak sandwich through DoorDash and while chewing it, I bit this little metal ring and spat it out.and threw away the rest of the sandwich. I already reported this to DoorDash, and called the store but they didn't seem to care and asked if I wanted my sandwich remade? No way! I don't know if y'all have random foreign metal objects in the other sandwiches or not! And the order was completely sealed when I received it from DoorDash so I know it's not their fault. I didn't ask for a refund or anything because that's not the main concern here. This is a really serious matter and you guys need to check on the quality of the food asap.

I placed an order with Uber Eats. We eat at Jersey Mike's probably 10 times a month. Today I was at my house in Friendswood. When I ordered it was a Buffalo Chicken and a Ranch chicken melt. It ordered from the store on Bay Area Blvd instead of the store beside my home on Friendswood Blvd. I cancelled 30 seconds after placing my order so I could get it from the correct store. Uber Eats charged me for the entire order after Uber called the store and the store stated that the order was already made. It was 30 Seconds!

First time, Service immediately, by 3 Awesome Artists, Great Vibe. The Best in Original Italian, got to try them all, Deli Slice, killer veggies, breads to die for, see where we're going with this beautiful Creation.if u don't come Experience this ur self.i don't think.because They R the BEST, THANK U GUYS. I order online here for the first time. A girl by the name Ashley answered and took my order. At first she was pleasant and respectful. After my husband dropped my order off before work I noticed my sandwich was completely wrong. Normally this would be okay but it had extra onions and I’m highly allergic to them. Because I had no transportation I ended up using door dash to get a new sandwich. I called the store to make sure they made my sandwich correctly and to put the add on items when Ashley started getting hostile saying she didn’t make a mistake. She said she wasn’t giving me anything free because she personally made my sandwich and it was made right. Well I didn’t call for anything free. I called to make sure the second sandwich I paid for is correctly made. She’s arguing me about my order and what she did and how she made it. Then tells me they are out of product for my second sandwich. I told her to forget the sandwich and just refund me and she said fine and hung up on me. Then instead of refunding me she had a partial sandwich made and delivered.
I’m so angry at the treatment from her and after speaking to her higher ups I won’t go back.

This actually used to be a very clean location but the last few times I’ve come in, this is what the counter looks like.
Still fast, friendly and delicious
Just wish they took a little more pride like before in cleaning up, in between customers
(The mess was left behind from the female servicing the customers, the male actually cleaned up most of her mess)

Update 2023- location was a lot cleaner than the last few visits
Still best sandwiches @ … I’ll never eat Subway or Jimmy Johns again … never liked Firehouse much

My first time ever to Jersey Mike. I told them that it is my first time and I need some time to decide. I also told him that I am from DC region and have never been to Jersey Mike. However, to my utmost shock, I was treated with extremely rude, unwelcome behavior. I was even shut up when I asked for tomatoes. Very disappointing. Never ever going back.

Been here a few times in the past year. Staff always has been friendly and courteous. I have a big family, so end up with large, custom orders. Orders always end up correct with no issues. Sandwiches are good and better than some other fast food/sandwich places.

There gluten free bread very good for my wife with Siliac disease. Service was wonderful.

It was ok. I had the buffalo chicken Philly. Not bad. Seemed like a lot of bread. I'll try it again, though.
