Jersey Mike's Subs, Austin TX

The sandwiches are pretty amazing and the location is usually speedy! However their checkout process seems a bit wonky. The manager on duty last visit was quite unwelcoming/unhelpful and rude with some of their register issues. The line level staff have been nothing but amazing to when I visited.

They did not use the paper under the sandwich. They put my cheese on the counter then put it on the sandwich. If they were out of the paper they normally use they should have used the Jersey Mike’s wrapper paper. Gross.

Always a solid sandwich and a solid team making it. Really love how you can order through their app and timing is always on point.

I am just in awe that I didn't get the right customer service. I ordered a hot chicken ranch sandwich and had never tried it before. I expected it to be like a Quiznos chicken with bacon. Wow, was I wrong! The chicken is ground and tastes like it’s been frozen and reheated many times. It was pouring brown juice from the sandwich and I almost puked. So gross. I didn’t really complain cause I’m not a whiner but I guess I should have! I ordered a club to be safe cause those are delish. I expected them to just say, hey we will just give ya this one on the house…. But nooooo I paid 20 something dollars for ONE REGULAR SUB. Some bull. Staff is great except the guy that looked at me crazy when I said the chicken was nasty. He can ffff off.

These are my favorite sandwiches of all time. The staff here are quick and always make a delicious sub. Slayyyyyyyyy

I have been wanting to go to JM's since Danny D. Started advertising for them. My expectations were low. How often do you see an advertisement with great looking product only to be disappointed when you get your order/food. Wow! The Philly was great! The sandwich was full of great tasting meat, cheese and vegies. The sizzle of the grill was audible while I sat and waited for my sandwich to be prepared. The sound of the chopping of the meat and vegies on the grill with the spatulas was music to my ears. When the cook put the cheese on the meat and vegies he used his spatula to chop it all together. It took us 20 minutes t get home and the Philly traveled well. Great over all experience with the JM's at South Park Mall. I will be back Good Job!

I had never been before. The service was not friendly at all, and rushed, though there was no line. Twice the worker spit out questions too quickly so that I had to ask for a repeat. I picked a basic cold sub and got it Mikes Way. It was bland, lacking in flavor, and mostly filled with lettuce. An unpleasant and disappointing experience.

It’s one of my amazing experiences in the subs, the ham & provolone: . Italian sub it’s also amazing with the mix on the top of the sandwich is epic, and the Sami is amazing with mountain Dew, and the cheese stakes are amazing crispy, and the team were friendly, experienced and helpful for doing the subs: . Definitely I’ll go back with repeating the good experience with good people ;)

My first time at Jersey Mike was at best OK. The service was mediocre. My wife like it. I would not go out of my way to come here.

A great place to duct into for a quick and delicious and delightful bite to eat. So nice to see so many friendly faces during a the Christmas crazy holidays. Thank You!

Customer service is very poor, the young girl in the bank preparing the sandwiches, called me an add joke for asking why it’s taking so long, the days of customer service are gone with this young generations, She was clearly frustrated Because the restaurant was busy and she had to work I’m pretty sure management will not do anything about this and several customers heard her say this the only thing you have to do is go back and watch the tape to verify what I said there was an order placed online which was mine and someone came in and placed an order in the store and receive their sandwich before I receive mine and I question that she got frustrated

Last night we went near closing time. There were 3 employees there. They were awesome. Took care of us. I'm sure they didn't have to since it was literally 5 minutes to closing time. But they attended to us. We had just come from Paint with a twist for my husband's birthday. And wanted some dinner for our ride back home to Bastrop. Sadly there's no Jersey Mike's here. Since we hardly come into Austin. I wanted to gift dinner to my husband as well. It's one of our favorite places. We've missed it. The 3 employees made it happen. Thank you so much guys! Truly appreciate you guys for attending to us. Our sandwiches were also made good.
