Jersey Mike's Subs, Arlington TX

Staff is super friendly and nice. They remembered my order whenI come in, which was twice lol. I appreciate that the staff was more than helpful because my wife is pregnant. They cooked the food the way I asked without any attitude, which is hard to come across now a days.

Yesterday, I ended up getting their Chipotle steak sandwich, and wow, did it have a lot of meat plus was delicious.
So today I decided to try their number 9 cold sandwich and man this thing is big plus with CRISPY bacon.
These sandwiches are way better and bigger than those other sandwich shops. I guess, hence, the reason why Jersey Mike's does say "A sub above"

I stopped in for a late lunch. I was greeted with enthusiasm! The staff was friendly and provided insight on possible menu suggestions. I'm huge on customer service and my sub was great! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch; highly recommend. I may be adding Jersey Mike into the lunch rotation!

I only put four star on service because one time they screwed it up, but other than that everything else is great the food is amazing, the people are very friendly, just make sure you specify and call them before you go to get your order otherwise it could wind up getting screwed up just a fair warning. Either way altogether five stars.

Ordered through doordash, this location forgot my sub in the order (which was all I ordered) Manager on duty tried to blame the doordasher for stealing even though the bag was sealed. Embarrassing

Tonights crew ABSOLUTELY ROCKIN IT! Crackin customers up and working efficiantly why doing it! I love that this place works its own GF station and doesnt make me feel bad about asking for it! They even ask Allergy or Preference! No other sandwich shop like Jersey Mike's!

The food is good but the service is slow as ever. I ordered 3 hot subs, it’s 4 people working and it took them 5 mins after I ordered my subs to start cooking them. It’s like they all moving slow as heck not quick to get your order out

I didn’t catch the guys name but the sandwich artist was a pleasure! Both friendly, comical and fun to watch make sandwiches! If you can imagine that… can’t be great service and food!

By far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mike’s, EVER. Tre, Hannah, and Danira** were amazing. Tre gave me a wonderful suggestion to enhance the taste of my meal, which was a 10/10. I felt like I spent no time in the restaurant because he was soooo delightful. Everyone was kind and in good spirits; I truly was marveled by the service!

It's a family Fav thang for us. We love the sandwiches, customer service & the smiles! 5*****

The best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to! The service here was outstanding and better than any restaurant I've visited in the past two years! Bravo to the team here!

I have always ordered through the app and just pick up, but this time we decided to eat in store and it was such a great experience. Trey was fantastic man. Super friendly, nice, attentive and help us with the order from start to finish and the plus was how he treated my kids. He is the definition of what great customer service should be and I hope you guys know you got a great employee in Trey. I will definitely be back and hopefully Trey is there to take my order. This jersey mikes is so nice and they make the sandwiches so yummy I love jersey mikes but today whoever made my sandwich around 3pm you did amazing job and I definitely will be back to this location definitely makes the money and delivery fee worth it!
