Jesse’s reputation precedes him, but I was very impressed the first time I took a class from him. He is a great teacher that pushes his students even if they don’t want to compete. He brings a rare blend of intelligence, technique and power that transfers over to his students.

Professor Palmer is world-class, as an athlete and as an instructor. With his ability to break down the finer details of each technique, improvement is inevitable. Highly-recommended.

I started going to Jesse a few months ago and love it! He’s a great professor and really cares about his students advancing in their performance. He does expect you to work hard, but has the patience to really breakdown techniques for you to be able to understand. Thanks to him and the rest of the class, I can say I’ll do bjj for life! I’m hooked!

Coach Jesse is natural tutor to both novice and intermediate/advanced students and competitors. Very patience with kids and adults alike. He instills a good foundation of skills through warm ups, drills, and open mat opportunities.

I love training here! Jesse is super proficient when it comes to high level jiujitsu, he teaches us everything from the fundamentals to the highest technical tricks. His emphasis on good warm up and stretching is so important as it reduces injuries. I’ve been training with him for over a year and been doing jiujitsu for 10 years.
